Then because we didn't expect the marmalade to be so bad my wife got the black tea with marmalade and it had a very funk taste to it. I don't recognize the taste but it definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. You either need to go back to the drawing board with the marmalade and then send back this so-called ceremonial green tea or it was maybe it was a supply that went bad. Their birria tacos are by far the best I've ever had in Fresno. Previously I had lengua, cabeza, and asada tacos. But their tripas is by far my favorite. Their tripas hold their crisp and crunch. It's not soggy nor bland. Love it! Carnitas were a bit dry, maybe it's because I came later on in the day (9pm) but their tripas made up for it. They are no longer at Enzo's table. But they are in the same area. Right across from Saizon and Ampersand. Also! They only open Friday-Sunday! So, schedule and come accordingly!! (This is a taco truck! So it is outside!)

This food truck serves flavored lemonade, 2 types of hot dogs, fries, and simple nachos with cheese and jalapeños. They serve a Sinaloa style hot dog with 6-8 ingredients that all meld together into a plate of deliciousness. You can either get the hot dog wrapped in bacon or not but definitely get it Sinaloa style with the beans, onions, ketchup etc and make sure to order a sweet blue lemonade to wash it down. I don't eat meat but my husband exclaimed, "Wow the salsa (toppings) is so good! Try it!"
