We were very happy to have secured her services, and she was very professional with handling the relationship. She had a worksheet to ask what types of photos and styles we wanted, explained to us the packages (no gimmicks), how the venue works and what photos came out best at each venue, and spent enough time to get to know us. On the day of, Amelia and Stephen did their best running around the venue to get us close and far shots. They are exceptionally well with lighting and coloring on close ups. After the event is over, they follow up on time too. Highly recommended.

As we were visiting and unfamiliar with the area, she sent coordinates of the remote spot, extremely clear directions with videos on where he'd stop to propose, and was so flexible and on it. I could not have been happier with the experience of the photo shoot, or with the result. After I booked, Christina spent time talking to me about what I wanted from this shoot - what sort of image was I looking to portray, how I would use the photos, etc. She even helped me to select the most suitable outfits & accessories. On the day of the shoot, I'll be honest I hadn't slept well and I wasn't in the best of moods. But Christina & Nicole (hair & makeup artist) really turned that around! It felt so good to be pampered - having my hair & makeup done by a professional - wow! Nicole took the trouble to adjust my look a bit between outfits, and Christina made sure every shot was *just* right. She gave great directions, helping me to present my best self to the camera and have fun doing it. I felt like a model :) As we went along, she showed me some of the images, and I couldn't believe that was me! She made both physical & digital prints for me, and I've gotten a lot of positive feedback from both professional & personal acquaintances on how professional yet fun these photos are. I really can't recommend Christina Samuelson Photography highly enough - try it! I promise you'll be glad you did.

I hired Christina immediately. She exceeded all my expectations. I knew what I wanted and had thought it out but she also had questions for me on things I hadn't yet thought of. We had everything set up in advance so the day of the shoot went very smoothly despite the uncooperative weather. I've never felt more beautiful in front of the camera, but Christina instantly makes you relax and shine. And the fact that she tells you that you are stunning or gorgeous while she's shooting doesn't hurt. And you can tell she means it when she says it. You feel like a celebrity! I loved that we were able to accomplish everything we set out to do and her delivery was on point! She had a video and delivered all the photographs, both digital and printed. I've been so thrilled with Christina's talent that I have urged friends, clients and colleagues to hire her (and they have). If you are looking for fresh portraits and someone to make you feel the most beautiful you've ever felt in your life, hire Christina. She's genuine, loving and full of great talent. She's patient and kind. She's someone you want to be friends with. Plus you're investing in another small business woman which makes it even better. And no one that I know of will print out photos for you and present them in such a wonderful way. When I need new portraits done (for work or personal), I will hire Christina again in a heartbeat.
