We got married in Bozeman, MT on the 2nd of January. Needless to say it was COLD. We happily chose to have our reception at the Story Mansion. However, as our guest list grew and grew, we realized that we weren't going to have enough space. We turned to Montana Party rentals for help and they had the perfect solution. They put up a beautiful (seriously, it was really great looking) tent, complete with windows and heaters. It even had a hardwood floor. I was amazed at how well it worked. We covered the floor with oriental rugs and filled the tent with tables and lights. We even had a second snack buffet. It truly worked out wonderfully. The folks who set up the tent were on time and did a great job. Additionally, Montana Party Rentals has and incredibly stylish selection of dinnerware to choose from. Their glasses and dishes don't look like rentals - they look like something you would choose for your home or restaurant. I would definitely use them again. f

I did find the planning and organization side of the process challenging, especially with me being out of state and more type A. Communication, structure, and organization weren't as consistent or helpful as I had hoped, which made some parts of planning more stressful. Overall, she's a talented floral and design artist, but if you're looking for strong logistical support or are planning from out of state, I'd recommend clarifying expectations early on!

I had to plan a bridal shower from out of state and realized…read moreone week before the event that I wanted to have the wedding party colored linens (forest green and mustard- so quite a tall order). I talked with one of the employees on the phone on her way home from work and she helped me pick out exactly what I needed to order online and had a quote to me within 12 hours. The day of the pick up for the linens (only a few days later) one of the linens had not arrived, but Gallatin made sure I knew they had a plan to make the order correct. Gallatin organized dropping off the linens I still needed at my house in order to make sure the bridal shower was a success! For the services and customer experience Gallatin Event Rentals provided I think it was most definitely worth every penny. This is the best event rental site I have found in all of Bozeman.
