One of my coworkers highly recommended him to me. He told me that Anthony had fixed an outlet in his kitchen. Before they tried plugging in anything, they were shocked, but Anthony set it, and it has been working smoothly ever since. What got me is the price cheaper than any other in my town. When I spoke with him, he said he was starting to work independently, so maybe that is why. Give him a call, and I'll be sure you won't regret it.

Quite surprising lack of customer service and skill set. I was referred to Robert at this company…read moreby a friend, who is on the HOA board of our community. I needed one thing done immediately relating to a smoke alarm that needed a battery replacement and was 18 feet off of the ground at the top of a hallway turret. When I made the appointment, I specifically mentioned to Raymond in the office that an 18 foot ladder was needed multiple times to make sure that it was noted for the person who would come. I also needed an estimate for doorbell chimes to be added, some light switches replaced and some fans to be looked at for proper remotes and transmitters. Upon arrival, the electrician did not have an 18 foot ladder and said that the office never noted it on the ticket and that he would need to come back another time. They ended up finding a ladder to bring later in the afternoon. The recommendation was to cap the one smoke detector since it was right next to 2 others and was not in a location which required its own detector. The 2nd star is solely for this recommendation. The electrician told me he did not know how to hook up a doorbell chime to a Google Nest Doorbell and that I would need to have someone else do it. I asked if someone in his company could help him or had more experience and he said no. I ended up getting another local electrician, who easily installed it and was able to access the wires from the power source to the doorbell and splice them together so that the same point of entry in the wall was used. Although, I am a layperson, I would think that installing a chime doorbell is not the most challenging thing to do electrically since doorbells have been around for decades. When I asked to pay by credit card, I was told that the office would call me. It is now 11 days later and I had not received the estimate and also wanted to remind them that I needed to pay the invoice. I spoke with the same person Raymond. After paying the invoice, I asked about the timing of the estimate. I was told that the company did not want the job and would not be providing an estimate. They should have told me immediately instead of wasting my time and never getting back to me.

However, they cannot ever be bothered to return a phone call. I have never heard of such an unprofessional company in my life. Clearly they are not interested in business, so hopefully this review helps to clear their books.
