I knew it would brighten an otherwise sad day for my mom. Unfortunately, someone wasn't paying attention and had the arrangement delivered today, 9/3/24, and didn't seem very apologetic when I called to complain. In fact, she kind of giggled at the mistake. What if this had been a birthday order, or a funeral order, or an order for another occasion, and the delivery instructions were ignored? Word of warning - call in your order, or order in person, making sure to go over your delivery instructions several times. This would not have happened under Ed Mumma's ownership and I AM NOT HAPPY.

I trusted they would het it right and that is my fault for not checking prior. I thought it was never delivered because the arrangement I saw wasnt eben CLOSE TO what I ordered. I ordered through teleflora. Picture of what I ordered showing with an urn inside. I attached what they sent. I would have accepted about anything as long as I could put my mom's urn in it. They sent flowers in a massive tall vase! Couldnt be used!! I called teleflora an they tried to offer 25% back. What an insult! After waiting on the phone for about 30 min and talking about it I got a full refund. They wouldnt tell me who did the arrangement at first but I found the card. I called rosemarys and the woman advised she told teleflora she coulsnt do it and admitted she offered to do in a vase. I said WHY COULDNT U DO THE SAME FLOwERS IN A WREATH !? She could not explain why she didnt offer this other than it wasnt enough money! Ridiculous!!! Dont trust them for something so important! I can totally understand not having those orchids but why accept the order if you cant even execute the design! Will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!! Finally decided on a dish garden with fresh cut flowers in Fall colors and a little bird in a nest. The flowers arrived and my cousins sent me pictures of the arrangement they received.
