I knew it would brighten an otherwise sad day for my mom. Unfortunately, someone wasn't paying attention and had the arrangement delivered today, 9/3/24, and didn't seem very apologetic when I called to complain. In fact, she kind of giggled at the mistake. What if this had been a birthday order, or a funeral order, or an order for another occasion, and the delivery instructions were ignored? Word of warning - call in your order, or order in person, making sure to go over your delivery instructions several times. This would not have happened under Ed Mumma's ownership and I AM NOT HAPPY.

I mistakenly called Wednesday when they were closed. There didn't seem to be a way to leave a message but perhaps that was my fault. When I called Thursday the owner was very receptive and apologetic about missing my call which made me feel more positive. She asked me questions about the occasion and for who the flowers were going to be for then we got down to details and colors. We came up with a nice show of bright colors and a good variety of flowers. I had my fingers crossed because you never know what you're going to get when ordering in from far away. My mom sent me a photo and the arrangement was gorgeous. Thank you Loving Touch for doing such a wonderful job for me and my mom. She really appreciated them.

Minus 10 stars Linda! Two floral arrangements were sent to my daughter, one via FTD, one via Flowers From You, argh to both! Super arghs to Loving Touch!!!! Both arrangements were mostly greens, I hate greens, period, in an arrangement, to me they look cheap. The arrangements were 90% greens and nothing of what I ordered. One arrangement was to be 15 tulips of various colors and nothing else. When she told you about how the baker wanted us to provide the strawberries for the cake, you immediately offered to get the berries and decorate her cake according to the pictures that she showed you for her idea. We felt that again you had gone above and beyond to make her day and her decorations beautiful. We have spoken with many of the family and friends who attended Juli and Scott's wedding and the first things that they mention are the flowers. We hear "how beautiful the chapel area was designed", how "beautiful the table centerpieces were", and how the memory table was put together. When we were in the bridal suite getting ready, the coordinator, Jamie, was having difficulty with arranging the memory table. Juli's bridesmaid took a picture of what she was trying to do and came down and showed the pictures to Juli. Juli told her bridesmaid to tell her, "To leave it. Turn the pictures over and leave it until Summer gets here. Summer will know how to fix it so that it looks right!" After striking out twice at other businesses in the area, one of the shops suggested I look here. You know what? They have just about everything you could imagine. I had a few plants that I couldn't find anywhere in the DC or Baltimore area. I must have called about 20 different shops. Not only did this place have what I was looking for, they had about 5 different versions of the same plant. Each of the staff members went out of their way to talk me through what type of soil I needed, where to plant each one and tips on making my yard grow better. I was writing so much of it down, since they were such a wealth. I've never seen so many plants, and it was reasonably priced. I honestly may make this my go to plant nursery each year. It's worth the drive from DC.

This is my hometown pharmacy. When I was little, if my mother had any medical questions a doctor…read morecouldn't answer, Dick Letrent (owner) would be on it...whether it was an allergic reaction or possible case of elementary school head lice...they were always more than helpful!!!! Even more recently, like 9 or 10 years ago, when my daughter was still a baby or toddler visiting my parents in the summer for a few days to do some fishing or camping (or any outdoor activity) when she'd get any bee sting, rash, infection, etc. while she was in Bedford, my mom or dad would take her to Letrent's and they'd give her advice, tell her what prescription (or home remedy) would help her, and simply be there for her in any way that they could. At least once or twice, I can recall that the pharmacy would even stay there late to fill a prescription that my daughter or another family member would need right away, and they always did the same for my brother and I when we were kids. This pharmacy and family is absolutely wonderful!!! I still occasionally get my prescription refilled there when I'm visiting town for the holidays...just to say "hi" and support their local business. Nobody in any big chain pharmacy would or could provide the outstanding service that Letrent's has provided for their customers all of these years!

Besides being extremely friendly, they were also quick and efficient. When they had a question about one of the numerous prescriptions I had dropped off, they quickly called me so it would not hold up the filling of the others. When I had expressed concern that I was not positive that my brother-in-law might not be able to get the medicines picked up before they closed that evening, they were like, "Just call us, we'll be here". Who does that???? I wish this pharmacy was closer to me as I would surely use it myself.
