But I will say she the type if she can't find out what's wrong with you then she will sent you to other doctor: She is not scared to get outside advice. For that I like and respect; Keeps me coming back. Yes, the building is about 40 years old, elevator is the slowest around, and place needs an update but it's what's inside that counts... I phoned the number for Crossroads several times on both Thursday and Friday with the voice welcoming my call but never once being able to set up an appointment or leave a message. After the voice repeating the same message about three times, they hung up. What is going on here? I've been a patient here for years! This is VERY frustrating. My only option is to go down to the lab first thing next week to see if they have a standing order for my tests.

You have a vision of what a doctor should be, but again convince yourself that that vision is far from attainable...well the doctors of this family practice will prove to you that your "unattainable" vision can actually be obtained.

Nurse Lisa did the preliminary work with a smile and Dr. Dickson did not rush the physical like so many others have. Quite a pleasant and considerate man and he even answered my questions about other issues not part of the DOT exam. The office environment and the staff seem to cater to families and I as I left, I remember thinking if I lived in Lynden, I would ask Dr. Dickson to be my primary care physician. I don't do many reviews except for the extremely bad and the really good experiences. This was a really good one.

All because I had a phone appointment for 4:00PM Aug. 30, I had to go out at 4:30 and they did not call until 5:00PM they say it is normal to have to wait up to an hour for a phone appointment, so I made the mistake of mentioning that my time was also important and I could not see it taking an hour to give a call. I needed a prescription renewal for High Blood Pressure and I was going to be going out of town for a week. Upon returning I called for another appointment and was told i would be recieving a letter saying I would need to find another doctor. I guess Dr. Bhalla's ego is so fragile that she could not handle the stress of being the recipient of a tad of frustration. So now I have to find a doctor to treat my hypertension. Maybe if I die of a heart attack she will feel good. My thought is that if she cannot handle that stress should she really be practicing medicine I mean there must be more stressful things than someone saying I am also busy and have things to do. My time is as valuable to me as hers is to her. Why do doctors think they can keep you waiting but dare you mention anything and BAMM you are out of there.
