They cook the meat over wood coals. The bread is fresh-baked, and the toppings, salads and other delights in the display counter are all fresh and flavorful.
Simplicity and quality are the hallmarks here.
I have heard of a handful of other places of this calibre, but compared to the vast majority of greasy, low-quality, cheap, and disgusting döner options in the town, Diwan shines.
You need to check this place out if you think all kebab is the same.
Place is tiny, so don't expect a seat (only 3 tables available), but this food is "to go" friendly.
