The fritters were perfectly smooth and crumbly on the inside and extremely flavorful and well paired with the tomato sauce which was full of flavor rather than spicy. 3 fritters were served alongside two pieces of bread which was also very good. The bread had a nice crust, but was dense and soft. The bread was hearty and seemed to be made with good quality ingredients (not just white flour). Pizza: Formaggio e pesca (goat cream cheese, glazed peaches, roasted nuts, and honey). The pizza was everything I expected! It was an intriguing combination on the menu and the combination did not disappoint! I might even try to recreate it at home.
