All of the cherry preserves, jams, salsas, pie filling, candy, etc. you could want that make Door County famous. They also were selling a number of autumn decor like gourds and pumpkins. There was a playground for the kids to play on but not much else like you might find at other orchards. This one is a working orchard and the biggest draw is the chance to pick your own fruit. They both have many of the same vendors, but the time of day and location, bring a little different vibe to the events. The great thing about the Saturday one is it's in the morning. A little bit more laid back. It's a great way to start your morning with coffee and a pastry while you shop the many stands from local farmers, restaurants and businesses. The Wednesday one is on Broadway which has a few more bars and restaurants, so it has a little bit more of a "happy hour" feel to it (if you want to enjoy some music, food and booze this would be your pick). I look forward to getting to as many as possible. Even when I don't need anything... yet I always find something to buy! Farmers Markets in Green Bay, to me, means it's finally nice out!
