During the time I…read morewas a customer, I experienced ongoing problems with billing, a lack of clear explanations, and, especially, the way I was treated by one of the people responsible for collecting payments. On August 11, I made an insurance payment, and I have proof of payment. Later, on September 14, I went back to pay my monthly premium before my usual due date on the 17th. However, they refused to accept only the amount due and demanded approximately $580, including an additional month paid in advance. I was later informed that my policy had been canceled on September 30, and I was charged $550 for alleged missed payments for August and September, even though I had already made a payment in August. The most disappointing part was the treatment I received. On several occasions, the person who assisted me was rude and unprofessional. Instead of clearly explaining the charges or trying to find a solution, he threatened to cancel my insurance if I did not pay immediately. As a customer, I believe I deserve respect, transparency, and clear explanations regarding my money and coverage. I am now being told that I must open a new policy, which means another additional expense. I do not recommend this agency based on my personal experience. I hope they improve their customer service and become more transparent in their billing processes.
