What I received from Jason was a high quality, detailed inspection report that even I could understand because he included detailed pictures and info on the issues. It was so well done even the builder commented on our first walk through, she was impressed by Jason's report and agreed to fix everything documented in his report. His thoroughness was impressive. It was well worth the price paid. Also, Jason was very responsive to any questions or issues I had. He delivered his report in a timely manner and when he said it would be delivered. The pealing paint was exposed in several areas so should have been observed and noted in his report and was not. Also, we have 9 triple pain windows that are fogged and need to be replaced. The former owners kept the blinds down to obscure this issue. Its a lot of windows and will be very expensive to replace : ( The needed repairs may well cost $20,000 to $30,000 which is a lot plus the time to work with vendors to complete these needed repairs
