Aaron, the owner, went the extra mile, giving up his Saturday to come in and do my inspection two days before closing. He took the time to call me and introduce himself and tell me what he was doing. He called to tell me exactly what items a handyman would be able to fix and how to fix them! He also told me the items needing plumbers and electricians. Aaron, even helped me find a rental agency.
