However, they put the glass mounts in the wrong location, and never offered to correct it or give me a price break. Worse, they failed to caulk half of the bottom of the shower, so upon finally getting to use my new shower, water leaked out the bottom. When I called them, they offered to come out in 2 weeks to look at it. I had already paid, so they should have come out immediately to fix their mistake. We ended up caulking it ourselves, which we should not have had to do!

The glass looks fine, but since it was fixed, the window will not close all the way. We called Gray's to come out and fix it. They have been out a total of 5 times in a time span of about 6 months since we bought the house and it is still not fixed. Now they want to charge me. I would highly NOT recommend them.
