An airport that you can actually pull up to. If you are parking, you can find parking as cheap as 9 dollars and up to 32 dollars at the time of reviewing this airport. Once you enter the airport, it's like entering an atrium. Beautiful open space with tall ceiling bringing light from the outside. Super clean airport: very fresh looking. Nice and open. Wonderful to walk into airport that is kept up well. Plus the airport offers a lot of food choices including a brewery. Prior to entering the gates there is a brewery, bar, Starbucks, chick filet, hot box , McDonald's and more. All this and the airport does not smell. As you proceed to your gate, there are more food options. My favorite place to hang prior to going to a gate is in the center. Here you can kick back and relax. Also have a great view of the runway to watch planes. The only downside that I see is uber. The uber area is far from the gates for a smaller airport. Plus the wait space for Ubers is congested. You have to stand on a little ledge outside the parking lot. This is a poor designed area but I am sure this is an after thought for this airport.

I really appreciate how they've upgraded their vehicles from the older shuttle buses with rough suspension to the newer, mini-limo-style vans. The difference in comfort is huge. Rides feel smoother, quieter, and far more pleasant overall. The only reason I'm taking off one star is because it should be easier to reach customer service after business hours. If someone's stranded late at night or needs last-minute help, it can be stressful not having a clear way to contact anyone. Called company and it just goes to voicemail. We attempted to get a refund the next day and their website just gave errors. When we spoke with Kim, who stated she was a manager, she refused to offer a refund and stated that if we disputed the charge, they would ban us for life. That will not be a problem because we would never use them again anyway.

They have flight instructors who can work with you on your schedule, at reasonable prices to help you get your private pilot's license. You can also rent a plane by the hour if needed. There is a pilots lounge inside, a nice reception area, and sitting area. The staff are always nice and helpful. I have landed and taken off from this airport many times in the past. They are currently expanding and have many new large hangers built to increase their storage facilities. It's a nice private, way back at the end of the road location. They also have loaner cars you can use if you fly in for a quick fuel stop and need to get a bite to eat, then be back on your way. This is a very nice small airport for the Greenwood area. I highly recommend them.
