Expected more of a bar vibe from some of the things I'd heard, but it was more of a typical Korean restaurant where you could chill, complete with an extensive selection of soups and stews.
As busy as they were, they weren't quite full, so the wait for a table was only a few minutes, and service was surprisingly good.
Pork and spicy kim chi stew honestly did not look like much, but if you dug it was two very, very ample slices of pork belly, and when properly cut up by the staff (was expecting to have to do so myself!) it was actually very good. Something so basic but executed well. read more
