While by their own description these guys also do a range of Korean dishes, like Bibimbap, 'Bulgogi Jungal' (marinated beef soup) and 'Kimchi Jijimi' (kimchi calamari and vegetables on a deep fried pancake).
But I've yet to try these, instead favouring their Japanese-inspired dishes when I went for lunch recently. I went for a Japanese-Indian fusion classic -- the Katsu Curry set, which comes with rice, miso soup and salad for a good value $13. The meal came out quite quickly and I was impressed with the freshness of the hot battered pork chop. There was ample rice and tastily gluey curry sauce.
There's plenty on the menu that has piqued my interest. There's also a sushi train with dishes ranging from $3-8. I'll be coming back to venture beyond good old reliable Japanese curry. read more
