As a company who one would hire to advocate for them in making a home purchase, the home inspection was done extremely poorly, and when showed pictures and other evidence to support the claim, their response was liken to " we do the bare minimum in our inspections". We had water damage in our master bathroom, due to a leaking toilet, leaks in the kitchen sink, even when Alex R. came to look at the issues he accused me of manipulating issues in the sink, a dryer vent hooked up to nothing, wood decking that had dry rot, that they could not see due to snow. So knowing that there was snow on the ground and the roof, the roof was not inspected by this company, one would think that knowledge of snow would maybe make them think that rescheduling would be beneficial, but no. I have spoken to other inspection professionals, they use thermal imaging cameras in order to find water damage to protect their clients. Please save yourself some headaches and pass on Virginia Choice inspection, it is a BAD choice! Alex F
