I am 72 years old, in poor health, live alone, do not drive due to progessive blindness but yet they want me to go get a cashiers check and take it to their office on Blanding....BLANDING, the worst road to travel on any time of the day or night. I have sent two note to the office and no response from them. I guess they will have to come take me to the bank for me to get my rent money, then take me back home. Really River Oak Realty....be respectful to me your tenant that does't complain about things that you were to fix when I moved in.

In October we needed our downstairs tub re-coated as the white enamel covering the god awful 70s…read morebrown tub. We had to get a hotel stay due to the toxic fumes. ( we were compensated in Oct for this) Upon our return home we noticed the new coating was bubbling and cracking. A warranty call had to be placed and another hotel stay was needed as well. This was completed in January of 2026. We have been requesting our hotel compensation since Jan and have been ignored, lied to, blown off and have been repeatedly told "We paid you in October ". Yeah, we were. FOR THE FIRST STAY! Im so over this company and their utterly terrible customer service.
