My 7-year-old niece is obsessed with Peppa Pig, and in the whirlwind of party planning, I realized two hours before the party that I completely forgot to order balloons. I needed something cute and simple, so I called Balloon Kings right after they opened at 10am, explained my situation, and within 60 seconds, Mark texted me a Peppa Pig bouquet example that was spot-on. I asked to fill it out with extra pink and yellow latex balloons, to which he said, "No problem." Not only was the order adorable and exactly what we needed, but it was also ready for pickup in under an hour. Talk about coming through in the clutch! The balloons were a hit :-). Kids loved them, adults loved them, and the party instantly felt more festive. There's just something about balloons that brings out joy at any age, and Balloon Kings gets that. Mark's attention to detail, warm personality, and "I got your back" energy really stood out. You can tell he takes pride in making every order feel important, whether it's for a small birthday party or a big event. Highlights: *Fast turnaround (especially in "emergencies"!) * Ordering is easy: online, via phone, or in person *Pickup or delivery available *Balloons come nicely bagged for transport *Custom designs for small or large events *Phenomenal customer service I'm a fan and I'll definitely be back for my balloon orders for all our celebrations this year. Thanks again, Mark, for saving the day...your cape awaits!!

Needless to say, we were turned down by 2-3 places as it was such a last minute request, but BAB said yes and proceeded to coordinate super efficiently with me. They got 4 BABs (with vinyl printing & tassels too) to me about half hour AHEAD of scheduled time even with the rush order, and it was exactly what we wanted. Correct colors, correct printing, beautifully executed, and delivered in time. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!!

It's my boyfriends birthday and I wanted balloons so I called party city and they said they weren't blowing them up so they referred me to this company. I got a new phone and apparently my caller ID wasn't turned on, so when I called her it said unknown. When she finally answered my call she said "WHAT" I said "um is this balloon junkie?" she said "who the fuck is this?" And before I could even get out my name she said "I don't know who you are but stop calling me I don't answered private numbers" and then hung up on me in my face. I am 5 months pregnant at the moment so she caused me to cry and cause stress. The party was suppose to be a surprise but I had to tell my boyfriend why I was crying and she pretty much ruined the surprise. When he called he asked for her name and she did not give us her name and said she was the boss and she doesn't have to give her name then hung up on him. When I called from my number again (this time I turned on my caller ID in my settings) I tried to explain to her who I was and that I wanted her to blow up balloons for my boyfriends birthday and balloons for my baby shower, and was also willing to pay her very well for her work, she cut me off on anything I tried to tell her and still refused to give me her name. Once my temper rose I told her I will be giving her a bad review on any website and social media I see her business on and I will also be going up to the store myself because I find it hard to believe that this woman (whoever she is) owns a business. Not only did she ruin my boyfriends surprise party (since I had to tell him why I was crying) she also caused me to stress while I'm almost 6 months pregnant. If y'all would like another place that blows up balloons or a decorator I would suggest going to someone else, because this woman does not deserve your money! Give your money to someone genuine. Which is not this company.
