When I explained to Michelle (the owner) what I needed and showed her a picture of what I wanted to have made, she said she would do a little research and see if she would be able to make the orange blossom flowers to put on my cake pops. She got back to me with in an hour or so and had a plan for making them. She was even able to have them made for me within the timeline I needed. Michelle's communication with me was exceptional and I always felt like she sincerely wanted to help me and provide me with a beautiful product. And they were truly beautiful, delicate little flowers and leaves. They were just what I needed to make my little "cuties" cake pops look adorable. Not sure what that's all about but I'm just glad I didn't take my two little girls with because I was planning on going through the drive through with them. Luckily mama was cool with them staying home while I made a quick solo trip. Overall: 4-stars - Product availability is hit or miss it seems. Can't speak on their drinks or every single product, but the milk toast and ube buns were perfection. Minus one star for product availability but comes with the nature of being a bakery I suppose. However, I was very disappointed with the cinnamon roll itself because it seriously lacked frosting. I've been a Cinnabon customer since I was about 16 years old, and over the past couple of years I've noticed the amount of frosting has continued to decrease. Now customers are expected to pay extra for additional frosting, which is frustrating. Cinnamon rolls are already expensive -- one roll costs $6-$7, depending on the type, and specialty rolls cost even more. Charging an additional $1.50 for extra frosting feels unreasonable. Cinnabon really needs to get back to how their cinnamon rolls were originally made, with a generous amount of frosting included, instead of forcing customers to pay extra for something that used to come standard.

A candied lemon would have been better. The cookie was thick and not quite baked all the way. Frosting was toouch and just not tasty at all. Have I gotten good cookies from here b fore? Yes, especially the pies and cheesecakes. Service is always wonderful as well. But it's hit and miss for sure.
