Scheduling was easy through text, and all paperwork--including uploading proof of rabies--was quick and straightforward through their online links. On the day of the appointment, they texted ahead so I knew exactly when to expect them. The mobile grooming van is incredibly convenient--I just brought my cat outside and picked him up when they were done, with no stressful car rides or being left in an unfamiliar place. Tara was absolutely wonderful--kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about cats. As a first‑time cat owner, I really appreciated how much helpful information she shared. She did a beautiful job grooming my cat, and the entire experience felt calm and professional. I couldn't be happier and will definitely continue using Aussie Pet Mobile for my cat's regular grooming. Highly recommend!

Thank you Christina for being so kind and loving to my baby girl.

We were told the owner would reach out later today NOT BY MONDAY otherwise I wouldn't have written this review stating that. The cashier, my husband and 2 groomers were present to hear this. The groomer was asked to by me to demonstrate how it happened but DID NOT demonstrate for us. He only showed me the clippers used. The asst mgr stated that moving forward the groomers would be required to purchase and use smaller clippers that are more suitable for smaller breeds. We told them to proceed with grooming because we were told over the phone that it was a small nick and NOT BLEEDING. When we arrived it was not a small nick and was bleeding until we got to the vet and they glued the wound closed. ORIGINAL REVIEW: This is the second time our dog has been cut during a grooming appointment at Woofgang at the Stone Oak location, and once again, it required a trip to the vet. Let me be clear -- this was not due to our dog moving or resisting during the grooming process. The groomer acknowledged that the injury was caused by their clippers, and while we appreciate that Woofgang did take responsibility and covered the vet bill, this should not be happening -- especially a second time. Accidents may happen, but repeated injuries raise serious concerns about safety, training, and proper handling of grooming tools. Our dog's well-being comes first, and unfortunately, we can no longer trust this location with their care. We hope Woofgang takes this seriously and puts better safety measures in place to prevent this from happening to other pets. The Assistant Manager assured me the owner would call later in the day and we never heard from the owner. This makes me feel uneasy knowing their business should be about caring for our beloved pets.

I told her I really didn't want to do it just yet, but that I would definitely be hiring them. Sarah was so comforting and understanding, and said I could call when I was ready. This has been a very difficult Christmas, because I am still grieving the loss of my parents who passed in 2023 and 2021. They gave my their little miniature Schnauzer when they moved into assisted living. His name was Beaux and he and my little Lulu (another M. S.) became very close. Lulu developed congestive heart failure and we had to say goodbye to her last June. We took her to our vet who was very kind and she went peacefully. That was a very difficult trip. When we arrived back home, Beaux looked all over for Lulu. When he went outside he looked all around the yard for her, and was confused. I kept him close by my side and we were a salve to each other's broken hearts. His health began to rapidly decline. He seemed to have lost his zest for life. He was always a goody little miscreant, curious about everything - until Lulu passed. He developed diabetes, but he responded to the insulin pretty well. His cataracts suddenly took over and he was completely blind. At 14 he simply couldn't adjust to being blind. He also became incontinent. We had to carry him outside and back inside each time. I realized that as much as the idea was repellent to me, his quality of life just wasn't there anymore, and it was time to let him go to be with my parents. He used to love to play with his toys. Fetch was his favorite game, especially with Mom. His fetch days were over. Friday night he was up all night. He was constantly needing to pee and we were up and down with him. I knew it was "time." So, Saturday morning I sent a text to Sarah. They came here that very night, to my surprise! That was such an immense relief to know that very shortly he would suffer no longer. Beaux was in bed with me sleeping when Sarah and Dr. Pittman arrived. My husband asked them if they minded just giving him that last act of kindness right where he was snuggled up with me. I am very ill, and Beaux was always at my side. Dr. Pittman didn't bat an eye at that and followed my husband back to where Beaux was with me. We all talked a bit, and I held Beaux in my arms until he quietly, peacefully slipped away. I held his little paw. Sarah and the good doctor wrapped him in blankets and carried him out. If you decide you want your dear pet to pass at home, Bee Comforting is the absolute best. It was certainly worth the extra money. Dr. Pittman has a calling, and her manner and way of handling Beaux was amazing. She is a blessing!
