My monthly Brazilian has officially become my favorite little reset!! I'm OBSESSED. The studio is gorgeous, the team makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in, and Leighla is a total pro! I always leave feeling so smooth. It's the kind of appointment you'll actually look forward to....highly recommend! read more

The most painless Brazilian I've ever had by far the best sugaring place in San Diego! The whole team is so welcoming, and every sugarist I've seen has been kind, professional, and caring. They make you feel comfortable from start to finish, and I always leave happy with my results. I also love the flexible membership options. The new ownership has made this such a wonderful place, and I can't recommend it enough! read more

The customer service here is horrible. I requested a cancelation May 30 2025. Sabrina confirmed I needed to give a 30-day notice, which would put the cancellation for June 2025. I am still being charged (Feb 2026) even though there have been many attempts to correct this by phone and email. Someone from the office called me Jan 9th. They apologized but took no action to correct and I was charged after the phone call. I suggest you do not sign up for the membership - they will keep charging you. read more

Sugaring Place - Sugaring Near Me - La Jolla, California

A little over a month ago I was doing some online research trying to learn about the differences between waxing and sugaring. I was interested in something a little less painful lol. I decided to check out sugaring, it seems to be a more natural approach and from what I read less painful because it doesn't pull your skin it just pulls the hair. The sugaring place popped up on my instagram and I figured I'd give it a shot. They were very helpful when I wanted to make an appointment. Appointment day came and the place was really nice, I was greeted by Ariana, she was very friendly, I explained I was a little nervous but she did everything possible to put me at ease. She walked me through the process and it honestly wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. One month later I came back for my maintenance visit Ariana was my sugarista (idk if that's an actual word but it sounds cool) this time was less painful and quicker as well! I did accept the offer of a glass of wine while I waited for my appointment so that might have helped lol. Either way I am very happy with my results and would definitely recommend over waxing. read more

What a great addition to Bird Rock! Scheduled an appointment online for the next day and the process was super easy. I purchased in late May, prior to the official opening. I have no ties to the business- just saw it while in the area. Parking is stress free, which is great! If you need to park, there are plenty of spaces on the street and around the neighborhood. The interior is gorgeous, super clean and modern, and the woman at the front desk was so welcoming and kind and offered refreshments which was a great touch. They've thought of everything for the treatment rooms. Water wipes, etc if you're coming from work, you don't have to stress. Ariana was great! Super kind, knowledgeable, and didn't seem rushed. I feel like with waxing, etc services where you've got everything out on the table lol half of the experience is the person who does the job. i dont think you could ask for a more friendly person. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the process, checked in throughout to make sure I was doing okay, kept things lighthearted and did a fantastic job. She is truly an expert in what she does. Sugaring itself-- wow. Much less painful than waxing, less irritating. No chance of being burned/too much heat. Highly recommend for more sensitive areas. Anyway- I'll be back! read more

this place is the worst. they will steal your money and ignore you trying to reach out. i canceled my membership in February and it takes one month to cancel, but I am still being charged in April! it is impossible to get a hold of the owner, as she doesn't respond. their phone "isn't working" so it is quite literally impossible to contact them. horrible customer service. they are thieves. what theyre doing should be illegal. read more

Ariana was thorough, a total pro, and also explained some of their promotions that I could take advantage of since they just opened. She did a great job! I've found my new sugaring place, and am so happy they opened in Bird Rock! read more

From accommodating my last minute appointment, to greeting me with the most lovely smiles and making me feel so welcomed, to my very talented esthetician Ariana, who was so detail oriented and knowledgeable and friendly, to the ambiance and aesthetic of the beautiful space, to the cutesy goodie bag, to the amazing membership deal! My experience here was awesome! my first time sugaring or waxing; I scheduled for dull back and manzilian. I was very apprehensive as I'd never done this before. making appointment very easy, the receptionist provided me with excellent information and made much more comfortable trying this sugaring service. My esthetician was Ariana. She was very friendly, described the process and put me at ease. She started with my back and i was surprised at how easy this process was on my skin; not really painful at all. I was encouraged enough by this to add the chest and stomach service. Ariana had no problem accommodating this "on the table" request. She was very efficient and professional, and the entire process was quickly completed. I felt very comfortable with the service and only had minor irritation for a few hours after. Ended up getting the post care Fur oil (I recommend to anyone receiving this service), membership (which provides a great price for future AND the current service) all with instructions from Ariana or best use. Very nice people, (front desk lady was friendly and helpful and Ariana was super). Recommend to any one; I'll be back. read more

I had my first sugaring experience yesterday with Ariana and she was so lovely! She explained to me each step she was taking and why, which made me feel so comfortable. Bailey at the front desk was so helpful & kind and even poured me a shot of espresso when I arrived. The space is so clean and gorgeous. Overall, I had such a great experience here and I will be returning! Thank you!! read more
