The caterer brought the food late. The food was horrible and the lady who worked the event was extremely rude. Do not recommend at all.

Worst frozen reheated food I've ever had in my life... We…read morehired Naman's to cater our wedding, and throughout the entire process we were not impressed. The samples given at the planning meeting for our initial choice of pasta bar was obviously the cheapest possible jarred Alfredo and meat sauce for the spaghetti and Alfredo. We decided to give it another chance and payed about 2-3 dollars more per person for a 150 person venue to get the bourbon glazed chicken and brisket with au jus. Neither looked appetizing, neither could be cut with a knife due to how tough and dry they were. The brisket could've passed for unseasoned beef jerky, and the chicken was just a frozen grilled chicken breast. The sides were okay, canned green beans, which I was okay with but my wife was expecting a little more. Seasoning or anything would've been nice. The mashed potatoes were nothing to write home about. The rolls were sister Schubert's frozen rolls which are impossible to mess up so at least there's that. Service was good, the only reason this place even deserves the minimum one star allowed.

(Better than the priciest hotel on the Eastern Shore.) Punctual! No drama. Our servers were extremely helpful, with smiles. Brunch was delicious! Yummy Breakfast Quiche and cheese grits. High quality taste. Set up well. Service, the best! Mr. Naman is always kind. The sales lady was patient and informative. Nice menu selection and variety. Breads, delicious. Never ran out of food or drink! Guests raved at how delicious the brunch was. I highly recommend. I would definitely consider Naman's for a wedding reception. They will travel and cater to the Eastern Shore. Thank you, Namans!

We were greeted as soon as we walked in. The lovely woman behind the counter answered all of our…read morequestions. The visual when you walk in is very clean. It's smells clean not like stinky fish. They have a counter full of ice for fresh items, coolers for premade goods, and freezers for frozen items. There is also a very easy to understand menu. We were feeding 4 teenagers and 2 adults so we decided to go with 3 of the boils. We added in crab legs to two. The crab legs are frozen so you just pick out which pack you want. You have 3 seasons to choose from, mild, medium, or Cajun. We did the medium and Cajun. We also grabbed a container of their lump crab dip and a peanut butter pie. Oh and you can't forget the garlic butter. They even warmed it up for us. I will say with everything we got we probably could have fed at least one more person. We did have one teen that wasn't fond of shrimp but she ate plenty of other things. Our meal cost us just under $200. That's just over $33 per person with dessert for 6 people. The sausage was really good. It was the main thing the kids wished we had more of, that and potatoes. They are big potato fans. I didn't think the potatoes really had a chance to soak up the flavor but if you cut them open and rubbed them around it was good. I thought overall everything was a bit salty and that's a lot coming from me. I'm the girl that salts my chocolate chip cookies. I like my salt y'all! The shrimp was a bit over cooked or something because it was extremely hard to peel but wasn't rubbery. We got the large shrimp and the headless reds. To be honest with you I couldn't really tell a difference. If I did it over again I wouldn't waste the extra money on the reds. The dip was very good. It was loaded with flavor and clumps of crab just like it should be. It did not have any shells that we came across which is a big plus in my book. The peanut butter pie was very tasty. I highly recommend it! We are already planning to stop back in when we head back down for our next wrestling tournament. You really can not beat the price for seafood in the area.

Katy's catered my wedding rehearsal and wedding reception. Granted the first wedding planner was a…read moreflake so I had to find all vendors myself at the last minute. We had taco and tamale bar for rehearsal. It was overpriced for what we received and the beef was greasy ground beef. I first thought she made the tamales which were delicous but after the wedding reception I realized she probably purchased them and charged me to pick the up. The wedding rehearsal dinner was way over priced. She charged me $50 for a "iced tea station" which was a pitcher of tea that came from a plastic jug like the one i purchased a publix for $2. This is just poor business practice. The sushi came in a box from Rouse's and I was charged more than it would cost to get it from Rouse's (her pick up fee). The first esitmate I received included server for my rehearsal and 2 servers for the reception. I told her I didn't need a server for the rehearsal and I only needed one for the reception. Due to covid we only had about 20 people. She charged more for the small group. When you might pay $23 per person she charged me $30. That was the first issue but I was desparate to get a caterer and she knew it. I amended the estimate to tell her I didn't need a server for rehearsal and I needed only one for reception. I kep asking for an edited estimate but didn't get one with the changes I requested. I had to pay cash because she doens't take credit cards or venmo. We ended up paying $50 more for our food than before the changes and still only had one server at reception. We paid for two nad only had one. On wedding day she came back to bring reception food and pick up utensils and dishes from night before. Fortunately i had someone supervising and she noticed Katy herself rinsing utensils to be resued for reception without any soap or any kind of disinfectant. Gross! My attendant went and retrieved soap from the other kitchen to wash dirty utensils and dishes Katy was going to use again. When I addressed the $50 pitcher of tea she was flippant and rude. All she had to do was refund the tea. I can see several reviews with 5 ratings and I wonder how long ago this was but again I also see many reviews with similar issues as mine. Simple refund for services I did not receive would be acceptable and this review may have been much higher. What a disappointment.

They have a seafood dept that has a variety to choose from, mostly known for their boiled shrimp and crawfish~Cajun style. We like the seafood dips they have, especially the smoked tuna a dip. Rouse's is more convenient to the beach than other grocery stores, but it may be a little pricier. You have to weigh the pros and the cons, like all other places. This location has a fresh sushi count that looked amazing and a great selection of fresh or steamed fish and seafood. I love walking down the aisles to see all the things you'd never find in most grocery stores, the staff here is very welcoming and outgoing and always ready to help direct you to anything you need. I just heard Rouse purchased (10) more Winn Dixie locations that they plan to renovate and rebrand them under the Rouse name, unfortunately none close to my home but it's great news for their Louisiana and Mississippi loyal customers. If you've never entered a Rouse Market you definitely need to check them out...
