One of our favorite parts is how close the train tracks are--you can hear and see the train go by, which our grandson thinks is the best! He also enjoys feeding the turtles in the pond. You'll usually see people fishing and plenty of birds hanging around the water looking for fish. It's just a peaceful, fun park with a little something for everyone.

Wonderful Experience for Young Children! I took my…read more2-year-old grandson to the aquarium on Skidaway Island, and he absolutely loved it! He was fascinated by all the turtles and fish, and I really appreciated that they had step stools for the little ones to see into the tanks more easily. One of his favorite parts was the touch tank, where he got to feel sea shells and crabs--it was such a fun and interactive experience for him. After the aquarium, we went on a short hike along their natural trail, which was a great way to explore the outdoors. The scavenger hunt they provided made it even more engaging, as we searched for animals and other natural items along the way. Overall, it was a fantastic outing. I highly recommend a visit--especially if you have young kids!

I recently went in there to buy a Bowtech Core SS but ended up leaving with their last Hoyt RX-9 Ultra. I come in here for tuneups on my old bow Diamond Infinite Edge and now my new bow as well. When I bought my new bow they easily adjusted my smaller bow for my son even though he wasn't present. With some minor shooting on my own it was zeroed for him when he got to shoot it. Great team great shop great atmosphere. They have high end and entry level gear and equipment and won't always recommend what's most expensive but what most works for you. They gave me an awesome bow when I bought the hat though.

I believe it's a mile around the lake area and a mile and a half if you walk the entire trail all around the golf course too. Many egret, pink spoonbills , a herons. Wonderful seeing islands and homes not visible from roadways. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.
