I look forward to my appointments because they are quick, as painless as possible, and the staff here is all so friendly. I just recently started getting my upper lip waxed as well, something I NEVER used to do because it is so painful. Of course, there's always some pain in getting waxed, but coming to Ero Edge has been one of the least painful waxing experiences I've had. Ryanne is so detail oriented, always making sure that my brows are the perfect shape and that she gets every last hair on my upper lip. My brows always look amazing when I leave. The studio itself is clean and beautiful, with a check in counter as you enter, a small shopping area to the left as you walk in featuring products from local woman-owned businesses, and a cute seating area with little snacks while you wait. They also always have a little treat of Jollyranchers or pink Starburst (the best flavor!) as you check out to leave.

I will elaborate further in my post, but if this is all you read, heed my warning! I am sitting here two years later with my achy & sore eyebrows fresh from laser tattoo removal. Starting from the top. I live close to where her old "school" was & figured.. this woman is a teacher- not only a teacher, the founder of her own school; she must be good & trustworthy. I was very very VERY wrong. Cannot tell you just HOW WRONG I was. I should have seen the warning signs, but I wanted them done so badly & truly trusted in her credentials. I went in hoping to shape and fill my brows. THATS ALL- SHAPE & FILL. A confidence boost perhaps. My natural brows had HAIR. I just wanted a little more shape & arch. I came in with some photos of the desired shape to show them to her. She disregarded everything I wanted pretty much immediately, & said she would shape my face and give me the "perfect brows". I hesitantly said ok, I trusted her. She had a school! She drew them, according to her "science" & they were HORRID. I asked for more angle they were FLAT AND FAT. Wayyy too thick & high. I told her my concerns & she ASSURED me that they would be large at first but would heal smaller. I TRUSTED THIS. BIG MISTAKE. She told me that she would need to shave a bit of my brows to do the procedure. Me having no knowledge of this said hesitantly ok. Assuming this was the norm. (NOT THE NORM & BIG MISTAKE) The procedure was done & she holds the mirror up to my face. I immediately feel my STOMACH DROP. Firstly, she shaved off my ENTIRE EYEBROWS (no exaggeration) & put these new "micro-bladed brows" completely above where my natural ones are. Doesn't seem so bad until I realized that I was now doomed to a life of shaving my brows & drawing them on EVERY SINGLE DAMN DAY. If I were to let my natural brows grow I would have had FOUR EYEBROWS. AGAIN COMPLETELY NOT WHERE MY REAL EYEBROWS WERE. The color she chose was also horrendous, a particularly greenish yellow. I felt so HORRIBLE. I had huge light yellow green flat fat brows on my face. I started to cry. She didn't listen to a WORD I said the entire time and I paid the price. It's $100-$300 for her & a LIFETIME OF SHIT FOR ME. She assured me they would heal to my liking & that I could come in for a touch up free of charge where she would give them more shape. Went home, the healing process sucked. Sooooo much of the pigment fell out. Leaving me with spotty tattooed brows with no real hair. This took an EXTREME TOLL ON MY SELF ESTEEM TO THIS VERY DAY. I became an expert at drawing my brows on. I felt so ugly. I went in for my touch up and pretty much the same result: flat, fat, unflattering brows. I was devastated. I was doomed to shave off my brows every couple days & draw on these cartoon HORRIFIC brows. Swimming, confidently exercising at the gym, showering with a lover, touching your face, itching your makeup brows or face? NOPE! This procedure changed my life in the WORST WAY. I went to another microblading professional to try & amend what NARISARA did. The other girl did improve the look but there was nothing to take back what was done. I've spent another $1000 trying to fix this horrendous mistake. I just went through laser tattoo removal two days ago. OUCHHH!! I have huge painful burned red brows & I hope to GOD that I heal without scarring & without those horrible brows. I am seriously PRAYING. All I want is my eyebrows back- WITH MY NATURAL HAIR. SO AGAIN- please don't trust this woman & move along to someone who gives a shit about the permanency of their practice to give YOU what YOU want! UPDATE AS OF 4/13/19: three laser hair removal sessions later & still not gone. I have luckily been able to regrow my eyebrow hair but have shadows of my old eyebrows above my real ones. It sucks, they are hard to cover. I cannot understand why Narisara did this to me. I've spent so much money trying to fix this &know I will only have to continue to spend more. I would have appreciated a response from you, & a refund. (Least you could do, considering I've now spent thousands of dollars to correct your very terrible & permanent work.) Will continue to try and get rid of these! BEWARE OF NARISARA UPDATE AS OF 5/8/20 Just got another round of laser treatment. Still trying to fix this all these years later. I hope no one will get services from this establishment. UPDATE AS OF 3/21/21 Just got another round of laser treatment. I am PRAYING this is my last one. If anyone needs to correct the horrible work done by Narisara, I highly recommend the Gateway Aesthetic Institute. Great tattoo removal pricing & they have helped me so much. I've gotten some confidence back. ALSO I've received a bunch of messages on here from other victims. If this has happened to you, please feel free to message me.
