I returned the next day to talk to her boss, and he assured me he had refunded it to my card. We are from the coast and I had no access to my online account. Once home I checked and the refund was not made. Not a large amount but not good enough that the refund could not be done at the time of purchase. Staff should be taught how to make transactions and refunds if working on the cash register. My mistake too, for not checking my bill before paying!! Lesson learned!

Lovely ambiance especially inside with all sorts of curios. Outside are misters on those hot days. Hedley has quite a mining history. Visit the museum across the street.
