I absolutely love this place!! It's my go-to when I'm craving something sweet. My whole office is hooked on these mini donuts. If you don't know what to get, I definitely recommend the boss hog (maple bacon), bamberry (lemon blueberry), and strawberry shortcake. The customer service is also fantastic. Yes, it can take a while, but they make these donuts to order. The wait is so worth the fresh and warm donuts. Also, I've had the store reach out to me on two different occasions to make sure a doordash order was okay for me to consume, which I really appreciate. I'm super duper lactose intolerant. I make sure to explain this up, down, and sideways any time I order coffee on doordash. Twice I've had sugar llamas call me because the employee making my order noticed there's a milk product in the frapp base, so even if you get a non-dairy milk, it will still have dairy in it. Luckily, the milk product in the base isn't lactose, so I can still enjoy their delicious frapps, but I absolutely love that the staff cares enough to go out of their way to make sure they're minding their customers' dietary restrictions. If you have a food allergy do not order from here. I Placed an order online for my daughters birthday breakfast. There were 2 kids with food allergies. There is not a comment area when placing an online order. I called and spoke to them and they said they would place certain donuts in a separate box. The employees said " I'll make sure it's done".
