I said on that day, "I will never find an ice cream this good ever again!" Now, this doesn't mean I don't eat ice cream. I do. But nothing compared quite to pineapple ice cream. And then, this past Saturday, I am out on a bike ride with my wife, and I see this food truck called "Pineapple Bliss." And I exclaimed (out loud!), "wait! There is pineapple ice cream in NWA?!?!?!?!!!" So, we pulled up to the food truck. I noticed right away that it was lactose-free. All of sudden I was skeptical that this would measure up to my expectation of glorious pineapple ice cream. The young lady who worked the truck was kind and helped us understand the menu. They have a rolling menu of about 60 flavors that they change our every few days. We ordered the pineapple, of course..... and ...... it ..... was ........ perfect!! The consistency was spot on. The flavor was incredible. This is what I have dreamed of having in NWA. Now it is here. The lady asked if we wanted to try the other flavors. "Um....Ok!" said I. They had a cherry limoncello (super yum!), and a Ube (which is a purple yam -- sounds weird, but the flavor was excellent! I guess I like yam ice cream now too.... who knew, lol) All to say: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Best ice cream in NWA. It's off the beaten path a bit, but totally worth it!
