As a long term lover of soft serve, there aren't a lot of places that will let you pick ANY of their wide variety of flavors and MAKE it soft serve. We stopped by last evening and they were working with a skeleton crew of one young lady, but she kept her cool and kept up the pace even when huge groups came in all at once. If she had a name tag, she would be named in this review because wow. Great service even under stress. And that's the scoop!

While it was always a little expensive and a treat destination. The quality has gone down and shrinkflation has taken over. Referring to the Chocolata For the quality aspect, what used to be a freshly made crispy waffle is now what appears to be a microwave reheated with little to no crispness to it. Then for the shrinkflation side of it you used to get a nice big clear cup filled with ice cream, mini chocolate bars, cookie dough, and it was worth every penny. What I got the other day was a semi warm waffle with a little squirt of chocolate ice cream, one mini Hershey chocolate bar in a small cardboard boat for $9.99.

Small seating area and retail section but mostly for to go. Hope they add the hot food soon like the other Dunkin Express locations.
