Rachel (hope I spelled her name correctly) was absolutely wonderful. The biggest problem I face when shopping was the lack of a welcoming environment. She was instantly warm and genuine. This location, though physically not very large, had a great selection of games, equipment and nostalgia. I would recommend this store to anyone with children who want to purchase a game or to parents looking to find a gift. The prices are fair to say the least, and Rachel's knowledge of her inventory was impressive. She really seems to be invested into her store and her customers' happiness. One month later, one of the 1/2 carat natural sapphires fell out and disappeared. I was told by Ann that they would order a new pair of sapphires, take back the remaining original, and put the new ones in for $200. They didn't apologize and offer to stand behind their work. My fiancé was enraged, so he went to straighten things out. Ann was totally rude to him, he threatened a lawsuit, and she chased him out to the parking lot with a couple of 4 letter words. These people are crooks and HORRIBLE jewelers. I will NEVER set foot in that store for as long as I live. We have taken our business to an established jeweler in town with a sterling reputation. This other business quickly pointed out the reason behind the sapphire falling out - prongs were constructed too small. Update tablet returned on 8/19/26…read more Wtaf!!! My tablet was taken in charged screen working with minimal cracks to the screen. The tablet will now not come on AND my screen is majorly damaged. They ordered 2 screens with no success in being able to fix my screen, fine, but to cause significantly more damage is ridiculous and terrible customer service. Needless to say, I am absolutely disappointed, dissatisfied and disgruntled concerning the care and level of neglect that my tablet was handled in. Disgusting!!!!! I'm aggravated. Tablet has been there for almost 2 weeks and I keep getting the run around. After this tablet is fixed I will never use them again. This has been the worst experience! Screen was ordered they told me it came in and the tech was working on it, now today they say they have to order the screen again. For what reason? did you accidentally break the one that was ordered? No explanation just sorry we had to order another screen and we don't know when it will be here. What the fuck?
