Rachel (hope I spelled her name correctly) was absolutely wonderful. The biggest problem I face when shopping was the lack of a welcoming environment. She was instantly warm and genuine. This location, though physically not very large, had a great selection of games, equipment and nostalgia. I would recommend this store to anyone with children who want to purchase a game or to parents looking to find a gift. The prices are fair to say the least, and Rachel's knowledge of her inventory was impressive. She really seems to be invested into her store and her customers' happiness. One month later, one of the 1/2 carat natural sapphires fell out and disappeared. I was told by Ann that they would order a new pair of sapphires, take back the remaining original, and put the new ones in for $200. They didn't apologize and offer to stand behind their work. My fiancé was enraged, so he went to straighten things out. Ann was totally rude to him, he threatened a lawsuit, and she chased him out to the parking lot with a couple of 4 letter words. These people are crooks and HORRIBLE jewelers. I will NEVER set foot in that store for as long as I live. We have taken our business to an established jeweler in town with a sterling reputation. This other business quickly pointed out the reason behind the sapphire falling out - prongs were constructed too small.
