I've become a regular for lash lifts with Jer. Highly recommend, as her decade + experience reflects in her knowledgeable insight and her work. Lash lift lasts me about 2 months, beyond happy with the sessions I've had with her so far. read more

Hannah exceeded my expectations! So glad I found her on Yelp. She was so easy to talk to. I was WAY over due and she made the process so simple. She carried the conversation and made sure I was comfortable through out. The room is small but clean + cute. read more

Wanting to give all the stars and more! I was sugared back home for maybe 6 years by the same esthy. We just moved and I was so nervous about finding a new esthy who offers sugaring services. I was going back and forth between this salon and a more "corporate" looking one and I'm glad I chose Sugar Bae! Jer was so so so professional and efficient! No awkwardness and made me feel comfortable from the get go. Great communication and relaxed vibe in the room. Seriously found me a new lifetime esthy and you should book her too! read more

I've been coming to see Jer for a year now to get my eyelashes done. I like the classic look. She is fantastic. I always feel welcome and will not be going anywhere else to get my lashes done. read more

Absolutely love Jer! This is my second time coming for a lash lift and it's always came out beautifully. My first time lasted me the expected duration which is 6-8 weeks. My grandma also came for a waxing session and she was so happy about how it came out. We will both be returning for other services as well :) read more

Jer's Lashes THE BEST. Jer has been doing my eyeslashes for 8 years. I follow her from the Valley to HB. A year ago I moved back to San Diego and i drive to Huntington Beach every 3 or 4 weeks, her job is EXCELLENT It is a long drive, so my husband asked me to try a place near home (San Diego) and on Friday I tried a new place, the result was terrible. At 8:45pm I called Jer, and she gave me an appointment for next day. After 3 hours work I was happy and able to see me at the mirror again. Thank you for your help. Am I going to continue driving to Huntington Beach? OF COURSE. And will follow forever. Jer cares about her customers, she takes care of your natural eyes lashes, she enjoy her job and listens to what we like and want read more

Omg!!! Jer was amazing!! She is super personable and walked me through every single step of the way. She did my first Brazilian and was extremely kind and attentive. I went in super nervous and anxious but was immediately relaxed during the procedure. I highly recommend coming here!!! read more

This is for the Mission Hills location and for both Leah and Jer! They both were excellent in their customer service! I had an appointment with Leah and Jer was so kind to give me prep advice before the appointment since this was my first time getting extensions. When I got to my appointment Leah was so welcoming and kind and put me at ease right away. I gave her an idea of what I wanted and she gave me exactly what I had hoped for! She's amazing and even put on her relaxing music during the appointment. The space was clean and she was just all around perfect. I will definitely be back for fill ins! Thank you so much! Update: it's been 17 days since the appointment and though about half of my lashes have fallen out they're still looking nice. I'm happy that they haven't fallen out in an odd manner, so my lashes look natural still but less full. Some lash extensions became loose (I'm new to this so I guess oil from my skin or since I go to the beach a lot, there's a lot of heat and wind that comes into contact with them) and they would twist and sometime end up poking me in the eye. So you must be diligent with grooming them! They're great now I just need a fill ASAP! read more

Aside from her being the most talented lash tech I've ever gone to she's beyond sweet and such a perfectionist. Today was my first appointment with Jer. Upon first meeting her, she is very personable and welcoming. She makes you feel comfortable soon as you meet. She has a room in Luxe Studios. Which was a good size and very private. The room is clean and well kept. For the wax service received, she was very efficient and well skilled in her trade. Jer did a great job and gained a dedicated customer. She also explained her other services when asked but in no way tried to push anything on me. I will definitely be trying her other services, just need to figure out which to try next. read more

I have always wanted to try lash extentions and I'm so glad I found Jer to do them. My lashes are naturally long but sparse. I was beyond pleased when she finished and I looked in the mirror. Jer made them look full, long and sexy. I couldn't believe how natural they looked; it's literally insane in the membrane. My co-worker saw my lashes at work the following day and was so impressed. She said they made my eyes look big, like Bambi LOL Jer is really sweet and made you feel comfortable right off the bat. She talked me through everything and was and made sure I understood the lash care procedures. All in all, I love my lashes! With them on, I can't help but feel bomb. I can actually wake up and say #iWokeUpLikeThis LOL I can't wait to for my monthly visits to get my lashes done. Thanks again Jer! read more

What can I say... Jer started this lash addiction of mine over 4 years ago. Her work is meticulous and simply perfection. Very clean and she actually cares about the health and retention of your natural lashes. My set usually last me 3 to 4 weeks, she takes her time and makes sure everything is perfect. She moved from the Valley to HB and I searched high and low for someone like her. You will not find it... I had my share of so called lash artist and nothing compares... to her. If your lashes only last 1-2wks and your appt is less than an hour.. they are not real last artist. I get the hybrid set 1/2 classic 1/2 volume. On top of her amazing work she is the sweetest person ever. I'd follow her to the moon and back! read more

Best lash extension artist ever. A million times better than the experience I had somewhere else. The lashes just feel so much better . I didn't think I could have lash extensions and now I do. I so recommend Jer. Also she's such a great of fresh air to be around . A++++ read more

She's awesome! Very sweet and thorough. By fair the best lash service I have had. I got mostly volume with some classic mixed in so there is texture. At $120 it was worth it. read more

Jer, the owner, did my lashes for the first time back in July. They were beautiful!! I received many compliments on them. The best thing was that my lashes stayed looking full and fresh for a very long time. I didn't lose a single lash until after about 2 weeks. Even then, the rest remained on for a long while. I tried out a couple of places that are closer to my home but none of them compared to Jer. Their lashes don't stay on as long as Jer's lashes either. So, if you're ever wanting lashes that last long and are beautiful, see Jer. She's also very friendly, easy to talk to, and listens to what you want for your lashes. She's awesome!! read more

I can't explain how happy and satisfied I am with the service I got! thanks to JER. She's amazing at what she does and has a wonderful personality she make's you comfortable when ever she's doing your waxing and I'm committed to her from the day I met her! I remember my very first Brazilian wax and I was very scared and uncomfortable having it done but Jer was so friendly and she makes the environment so comfortable that you won't even notice it. And the wax that she uses is the Sugaring which is better than the hot wax from my experience because when she was not available I went to a hot waxing salon so I can personally compare the sugaring and hot wax with one another. After I had the hot waxing for my Brazilian I noticed that my hair down there is growing more faster than the regular sugaring wax that I get in sugar bae salon which the hair grows slower. So after that experience I'll never go back to hot waxing again and I'll stick to sugaring wax at sugar bae salon. This is my 4th time going back here and I'll definitely say I'm always super satisfied with the services I get here and every time I go back the waxing get faster and faster which is awesome if your in a hurry. So thank you JER! You're truly the Best in what you do and such a wonderful person!! read more

Wow! Jer is absolutely amazing! I scheduled the day before my services, hydro facial and lash extension. She was very quick to respond to my messages. This was my first time getting a facial so I was unsure of which one I should have done. Jer examined my skin/face when I arrived and gave her recommendation, which was the hydro facial. My skin feels brand new and refreshed. We're taking baby steps into the facials just to make sure my skin doesn't react negatively to the treatment. I have dry, sensitive skin - eczema. After the facial, I did lash extensions, hybrid - between classic and volume. They look incredible and feel so light. I walked out of her suite feeling like another woman. I will definitely be coming back for more. Extremely close to my house as well, huge plus for me! If you're on the North, North side of town, near Aliante, this is the place to be for your beauty and skins needs. read more

Sugaring is hands down the best! I'm not one to write reviews but I noticed a huge difference from going to European Wax to going to Sugar Bae Salon. I get a Brazilian wax and now my hair grows back slow and I have no ingrown hairs at all anymore! I'll never go anywhere else ever! They also provided me with different products for my ingrowns and it works miracles. Staff is so friendly and nice. Highly recommend for people with issues with ingrown hair. I have had my lashes done once with Jer and months later and that was fine , tried to get an appointment with her. Once she finally texted me back. I made an appointment. 2 weeks later the day of she cancels and doesn't answer to reschedule. I wait and u cancel the day of ??? I got a hold of her a week or so later. She answered with one available time and date when I asked any other times. No reply. Nothing. What kind of customer service skills do you have ??? I'll tell u. NONE !!!!! Love love my lashes. Got my lashes done with Jer, a week ago when I was in Vegas and they still look like the first day I got them done. Thank you I love them ladies if you live in the Vegas area go see her she is amazing!!! I live in LA and will definitely be going back for my lash fill in a few weeks read more

Just got back from my first lash appt with Leah. She's seems nice but there wasn't any relaxing music and I wasn't given a brush for after care. Honestly, that's not important just thought I should point it out since others have commented on it. I've been getting my eye lashes done for over 2 years and this was average not horrible but I must say that Leah is not the gentle type. She had to remove my left over lashes and it was so painful. Weird thing is everytime I would react she never apologized or attempted to care. And to make it worst, when it was done, she pulled off the tape so fast that I felt like she ripped off a layer of skin! It looks Ok but everytime I blink I can feel the glue at the corner of my eyes. This was a one time trip since my reg lash lady was booked. Needed it quick for vacation next week. Will not be back. Sorry Jeri, maybe if you had done it I would have had a different review. Thanks for fitting me in though I appreciate it. read more

I've been getting my lashes done for a while now and been having problems with the lashes falling out after a few days and not lasting.. To my surprise when Leah did it for the first time it actually lasted 2 wks with maybe 3 lashes that fell out. Amazing quality work by her and will never go anywhere else. read more

Jer did a great job on my lashes. They're a tiny bit more full than I like, but I'm sure either they will grow on me, or some will fall out in the next week and then I will be even more obsessed! If anyone is thinking about purchasing the Groupon, call her up first - it's always best to talk to the merchant before you purchase the deal. Just a tip :) I was really impressed that she listened to what I said. I like my lashes to be "wispy" as she put it. And they are as I asked. I'm really pleased! Can't wait to come back. read more

She Just so inconsiderate doesn't care about anybody else's time like you have to sit there and wait for her all day it's just nuts!!!
