VERY BUMMED TO HAVE TO POST THIS!! I just saw Stephanie Friday July 22nd. Left there feeling confident and loved my lashes. Saturday I noticed I was losing a lot of lashes. But I figured it was normal because of course they have to set and you will lose some due to heat or etc. But today Sunday, I realized I'm missing a whole section from my left eye. My right eye barely lost any lashes, still looks perfect as I would expect for it only being barely two days. I have gotten lashes plenty of times and this has never happened to me EVEN WITH CLASSIC LASHES. I texted Stephanie thinking she would say to come in and take care of it. But this is how she responded. VERY DISAPOINTED. read more

Steph did a hybrid set for me before going on a trip to Cancun - all I can say is wow! The lashes lasted over 3 weeks and that first week I was in the pool and ocean every single day! Steph really took the time to ensure that my lashes looked perfect and listened to what I wanted. I didn't have to wear any eye makeup my entire trip which was so nice! Not only was Steph down to Earth and welcoming, I felt good about supporting a veteran who has her own small business. read more

So beyond happy with my lashes! Steph is so sweet & gentle when handling you lashes. You can tell she really cares. It's been two days and I've have 1 lash fall out lol other than that they are so light, fluffy, and look amazing. Can't wait to get my fill read more

Steph's Lash Boutique - Classic Set - Eyelash Service Near Me

I can't stop looking at my lashes I've gotten eyelash extensions before, and no tech ever gave me as many style options. Steph offers curly, straight and different length combinations customized to your eye shape. She really listens and does a meticulous job while you relax and rest your eyes--1000% more peaceful than a say, a manicure. No pain or chemical smells either. The aftercare extras were also helpful. I typically lose 1 or 2 lashes after 24 hours, then flawless for the next 2-3 weeks. I am currently on week 4 post appointment ( Covid 2.0), but I'll definitely be back for a fresh set. Follow instructions and get the wash if you can. Worth the $ IMO. read more

Wow what an amazing experience!! I have never been a fan of eye lash extensions for what I've seen on others. I am not one who likes the extremely full clumpy lashes. They have looked so uncomfortable. and heavy. I got them done for a special occasion and made sure to get them done days prior to my just in case I didn't like them. It all worked out because I loved them and I am hooked. She focuses on each individual lash you already have and takes heI am constantly getting complements on them looking so natural. Although, I have to say my daughter likes the really full look and says they are the most comfortable that she has had. Stephanie has opened up her home and has created a comfortable environment, thanks girl. I'll be back!!! read more

Had a great first experience with Steph and looking forward to my first fill tomorrow. I appreciated the thoroughly consultation and explanation of services rendered. I have had the pleasure of getting an initial set and fill with Steph and I am absolutely in love with ny eyelashes! She is incredibly sweet, talented professional that I'm soo happy to have found in North Long Beach! I have gotten the Classic set, as it frames my eyes so well since they are on the smaller, almond side, and absolutely adore being able to wake up like this. I absolutely recommend splurging and buying the initial set+fill with her. If you're looking for a fantastic lash lady in North Long Beach, do yourself a favor and book with Steph!! read more

It's unfortunate to have to leave a bad review because I live down the street and the place was super cute, so obviously I wanted to love it! I will also say that she was very accommodating to change my appointment day, she had me come in at 8pm the day I contacted her. My appointment was the following day and I asked if I could change it to whatever other day time she had available she chose the same day at 8. At the end of my service the lashes did looked cute. However, NOT EVEN 24 hours later one of my eye is missing more than half of the lashes. I followed every single instruction and watched the video on how to clean them. I was also prepared to go within the week to get a fill. Once I noticed how drastically the one eye lost the lashes I reached out to the owner to get clarification being it had been years since I got lashes. Her response was that it would be $55 to get a refill and that my lashes were thin and that she recommended volume not classic and that she doesn't even recommend classic (her website had the full set classic promotion going on) keep in mind it hasn't even been 24 hours and I had just paid for a full set plus tip. I did not expect to be missing half the lashes from one eye. Thin lashes or not if that were the reason behind the loss it would be from both eyes not just one which proves it had to do with application. Overall I won't be returning, so if you're new to lashes I would suggest going some place else because the owner doesn't stand by her work and her excuse was that I signed the waiver saying I understood (no where on there does it say there was a risk of losing half the eyelashes in less than 24 hours). If I'm going for a natural look why would I go with volume? The waiver doesn't excuse poor service. The acceptable response would have been for you to take 30 mins out of your day to fix the issue, being it was only one eye which clearly means there was an issue with the application not my lashes if not both eyes would have lost the lashes not just one. I also took time out of my day and paid for a service so that's not a legitimate excuse. read more

A for Ease of Appointment Scheduling F- for lack of communication and no service rendered!!! I made an appointment with Stephanie as a first time client. I texted to confirm my appointment time the morning of. Prior to arrival, I made sure to text Stephanie again of potentially being a few minutes late due to circumstances out of my control, and if we can push the time up...no response. Nevertheless, I ended up being on time anyway. When I got to the building, it was completely locked. I was told by a passerby that there's no one there! I attempted to call Stephanie several times and left her a couple of voicemails, along with text messages letting her know that I was there. It wasn't until 30 minutes later when I finally left that Stephanie texted and asked if I still wanted my lash done, since she just got done with her client..wow. With so many skilled Lash Technicians around that values your time, look elsewhere. read more

I needed a removal done from another lash tech and Steph seriously helped me out. It was my first time getting extensions and my first time getting a removal. I was getting some anxiety throughout the process but she eased it by explaining to me what she was doing and what her process was. She was being very considerate and extremely gentle and was so nice to talk to; it was nice being in an atmosphere that made me feel at home. (The pink building is also a plus, her place is absolutely adorable) I'm definitely coming back! read more

I happened to come across Steph's Yelp page when trying to a new lash lady that was closer to me. Turns out, her salon is literally only three minutes away from my house. And booking appointments were a breeze. When it finally came to my appointment, Steph was very detailed about everything she was doing. She took her time to explain everything and made sure everything was the way she wanted it to be. When we were finished with the lashes, we both realized that the length of the lashes could've been a little longer. Steph was sooo sweet and understanding, she told me to book an appointment the following week and she will make longer to my liking on the house. She wanted to make sure I was satisfied with my lashes. A week later, I came in, got my lashes a little longer and fuller, and now I'm in love. I think I found my new lash lady. Thanks again Steph!! read more

Steph was my first ever lash tech and I don't think I'll ever want to find a different one! I had waited for a long time to try lash extensions and I have to admit I was scared! Setting up my appointment was easy! A day prior Steph sent me instructions on how to prepare for my lash extensions. I arrived 15min prior to my appointment and I filled out basic info. Steph explained the process in depth and made me feel comfortable as I was new to the lash world. She asked me what I was looking for and gave me options and we came up with the perfect set. She played good music and I think I dozed off a couple times as I was very comfortable. She is very friendly and made me feel at ease. When I looked at my lashes once done I fell in love!! My eyes were not irritated at all and I didn't even feel the lashes! I got hybrid cat eye lashes and I have gotten so many compliments!! I've told a few of my friends already as they love how natural they look!! I have my 2wk fill appointment next week and have not lost many lashes at all as Steph explained how to care for them and recommended a lash cleanser to extend the life of my lashes. She is very good at what she does and I'm looking forward to my fill appointment read more

Do yourself a favor and visit Steph. I was really nervous going in for the appointment, but she walked me through the process before preceding. She's fantastic and her work is great. The whole process was really simple and relaxing. Just listen to what she asks of you including aftercare and during the procedure and it turns out great. I got the classic lashes and it took about 2 hours. Embarrassing lyrics enough I fell asleep while she worked that's how great she is at this. I would recommend visiting her especially if you have a special event. read more

It was my first time getting extensions and I did not know much before going in but on my first appointment Steph went through everything. I started off with classic lashes and I liked the natural look of them but I was having issues with retention due to my watery eyes (from seasonal allergies), Steph had warned me that could happen so it wasn't a surprise when it did. She recommended I try volume lashes and I did and I love how they turned out! So far my experience with Steph has been great and I really appreciate how she always takes her time to answer my questions thoroughly. read more

This review is long overdue. By far the best lash experience I've had. Steph always does an AMAZING job. The quality of her products and the time she spends definitely shows. The lash wash she offers is game changing and definitely helps. Most importantly she is extremely sweet and knowledgeable! read more

Stephanie is so wonderful. First time client and I am beyond impressed. So glad to have a regular lash person now. The photo below does not do this justice. I got the classics. Lashes were pretty good. My issue is with the products she sold me. Lash cleaner $25 worked as well as a $3 bottle of baby shampoo and $100 lash serum that she assured me was money back if did not work, but would not honor that when I tried to return it. Would not recommend. Very dishonest and misleading. Same quality of work at more honest places read more

I'm glad I found Steph for my lashes! The last person that did my lashes used way too much glue that burned my eyes while getting my lashes done (so painful). Steph is amazing!!! I'm from NorCal and have been getting my lashes done for almost 2 years. I do classic lash and the way my beloved technician does them back home, you'd never know they weren't real. People compliment me all the time and ask if I use Latisse- that's how natural they look. I'm here for 6 weeks and was freaking out about if I would be able to find someone that did them as well as my girl. The search is over! Steph is my official go-to girl in L.A. Not only was she willing to come to me (I'm on bedrest) but she takes her time and is very meticulous, leaving no lash unextended. I'm totally in love with her work and will be booking her throughout my visit for fills. If you want perfection and natural looking amazing lashes, give Steph a call. Steph was extremely rude from the very beginning. After I signed the waiver, she sat me down and read me each line with the most condescending tone. I really wanted to get my eyelashes done. But this time around I wanted to go to someone professional. About two years ago I went to a nail. L that put eyelashes underneath my eyelid. It was the most horrendous experience. So I dropped my son off at a babysitter and went. She did an amazing job, despite my eyelid twitching alot due to the amount of caffeine I drink everyday, lol. She had patience, friendly and accommodating. The eyelashes turned out beautiful and I get compliments about them everyday. They are super light, no pain or allergic reaction. I will definitely return again. Super professional and home like environment. So you don't have to deal with the hustle and bustle of a nail salon or eyelash places. Definitely will return again and totally recommend it for first timers. read more

I love Steph's Lash Boutique!!!!! I am in Hawaii in humid weather where it is raining lightly off and on and I am at the beach and am even occasionally wearing makeup or use oil based cleanser (not good for lash retention) yet my lashes are still on (despite what an older negative review says). I am one of the least high maintenance girls there are. I only get lashes as a confidence boost every now and then or for a special occasion like a vacation and let me tell you what she always delivers!!!! I can tell she cares about her work and cares for her clients. I truly admire that and wish more people knew about her work. I will always recommend Steph's lash boutique. And she always follows your desired look. I have gone to other lash techs where they persuade you to try their own aesthetic instead of letting you discover what you feel most confident in.
