I had no car at that time and asked if I could come later ....with no response. I gave her any day just could only come mornings. ... no response. A couple days later I followed up and again she you can come now ( 4pm). I replied with appreciation and a thank you but reminded her I wasn't able to come mornings. I again told her any mornings would be available. .... No response.... Total avoidance. Have not heard anything from her after that. $180.00 work of very scarce lashes. She knew what she was doing. Sadly, whoever is doing brows now does not meet that same standard. When I spoke with the owner, I wasn't offered a refund--just castor oil and the reassurance that "they'll grow back."
