I was going all the way to the floor and it still wasn't stopping while I just got this done and paid this amount of money for the amount of work.. OK yes I understand some of the car business is a little bit of a scam but you guys at Matt one stop almost got me hurt seriously I almost got killed because I didn't know that they didn't even put my rear brake pads in correctly or bled my brakes I have a 2007 Honda Civic but paid $1800 in brake parts and labor? Just wow that's something you pay for a newer car. I have a 2007. So just know that if this place knows that you make money they're gonna try and squeeze it out of you no matter what they don't care if you're about to crash into a car going 50 mph because you can't break because they didn't put in things correctly.. Matt's one stop stop your shit stop being greedy because it's getting people hurt and if you want to be greedy, do the job right. thousands and thousands of dollars going towards this place while I could've got it done fixed for much cheaper at anywhere else. And I've been going to this place for a while. It hurts me to even leave a bad review, but I felt like I have no choice after this situation. Just think they did this to me someone who's young that doesn't know about cars. They can do this to your older grandmother or grandfather and seriously get them hurt. Think about that. Nice and hard think about it.

Just purchased my second used car from this dealership and once again the process was seamless and…read morestress free. I purchased a used Toyota Highlander about 8 years ago and it still is a perfect car. I'm keeping it. But I wanted something new and sporty so started looking at Audis online. I knew what I wanted but there was no urgent need. Then I drove by this dealership on the way to lunch and there it was! I researched it online over lunch. Stopped by after for a test drive with Dennis and went home and thought about. Absolutely NO pressure put on me by anyone. Deninis had given me his cell, so I texted him a couple of questions- and then we actually did the rest via text! I never even had to call anyone. I made an appt to come in and sign the paperwork. Everything was done, ready and as promised and I was out the door in 25 min. Ryan was my finance guy. Gave me takeaway info on the possible warranty- but again, absolutely no pressure or hard sale. So appreciated. I went back because of my first experience and the quality of car and I'm just as pleased with my second experience. I would totally recommend and if I need another car- I'll be back.

Horrible service. Went to Smith Haven Mazda for the complimentary NYS inspection (for one of the…read moremany cars we've leased from them) and specifically asked Jackie whether the oil change was complimentary as well because I wasn't planning on spending extra money that day. I even mentioned that I have two local mechanics near my home and work who could handle any maintenance if needed. I was told the oil change was free. While I was waiting, Jackie came into the waiting room and mentioned that I hadn't responded to a text from the mechanic regarding recommended services. The problem was that the text had been sent to my wife's phone number, which is the number they had on file. She's always too busy at work to look at texts. Since I never received it, I gave Jackie my cell number and she resent the video to me. I watched the video BUT there was no "approve" or "deny" to click, so I immediately ran back to verbally tell her that I did not want the additional recommended services, which were a tire alignment and filter replacements. Her response was, "Well, they already took the filters off." I assumed that meant it was free as well. Turns out either Jackie or the mechanic clicked "approve" of the video because my wife wasn't able to watch it for hours and the "approve" or "deny"'wasn't on my end either. Jackie strongly implied it was too late to decline the service, so I reluctantly said, "Okay, fine, just do it." Again, no quote was given so I assumed it was free. About 15 minutes later, I was told the vehicle was ready and handed a bill for $197. My issue isn't necessarily the maintenance itself. It's the lack of communication and the pressure created by the situation. I never approved the filter replacement before the work began, and the only reason I agreed was because I was told the filters had already been removed. My family has been leasing Mazdas for more than 14 years, and we've always had positive experiences. That's why this visit was so disappointing. Recommended work should be clearly approved before it's performed, especially when the customer never received the original request for authorization. Overall, this felt less like customer service and more like being backed into an unexpected expense. Never going back to them. Will lease and get service elsewhere
