Recently, my son who goes to school in Cleveland must have driven through a construction site and punctured his tires in so many places, it was towed to a local tire shop and I needed to purchase 4 new tires. I thought for sure he was being taken advantage of so I called Tire Express for advice. Twice, she took my phone call and answered my questions about the tires they were trying to sell him along with other services. She gave me great advice that saved me a lot of money and ensured I wasn't being ripped off. Keep in mind that while I have purchased tires from Tire Express over the years, I'm not in there enough that she knows who I am. I could hear in the background she was busy, so I tried to be quick, but never once did she rush me off the phone while knowing I wasn't giving them business. This sets the example of quality customer service.
