She has helped improve my acne-prone skin tremendously. She is skilled, gentle, and professional. One thing I truly appreciate about Winnie is that she never pressures me to buy products, unlike many other beauty salons. Over all these years, she has only recommended what I actually needed. When I was struggling with acne, she recommended just one acne treatment serum, and it really made a difference! I've always had a wonderful experience with her. I highly recommend Winnie!

My facialist was Winnie, and overall the experience was fine -- efficient and straightforward. The facial itself was thorough, including gentle but effective extractions using the traditional finger method, and they also added a neck massage during the process, which was a nice bonus. They use a combination of Korean skincare products (I noticed Cellmax / Cellmax Fusion). Is it amazing? Not exactly. Not bad, but not excellent either. It's one of those places where you go when you just want to get a facial without needing anything fancy. Would I go back? I'm not sure -- mostly because I no longer live in the area. But when I did live nearby, it was a convenient, reliable option for a quick facial.

I did a Signature Facial with Cat the first time and loved how we started with a breathing exercise with oils to set the ambiance. This second time was with Naomi. I had the Gua Sha Facial. Unfortunately for the second time it was during the gua sha (haha) so I don't remember most of that part. My face was glowing both times. I like how they include tip in the price. I knocked off a star because they charge a $10 credit card fee but the cost is too high to be carrying cash for it. I have bought a Gua sha tool from them, specifically to help with pressure points and migraines. I also got an attar balm recommended by my aesthetician to help with my dry patches on my cheek. As she was getting started she asked if I liked medium or hard pressure - I said hard, and boy was it (in the best way); she did also check in a few times to make sure the pressure was okay - especially when she was working on a particularly gnarly spot. As she quickly discovered, my shoulders and neck were a mess - she managed to get all of the knots out and still have time to spare for everything else. Who knew my calves were so tight? Not me! I would 100% recommend Jenny. My only problem now is figuring out how many massages I can responsibly budget into my life.

Luckily, I had my husband drop me off, but if you need to park, I would definitely come a little earlier to give yourself some extra time! My massage therapist was Christine, who was very nice and seemed knowledgeable about her techniques. However, I indicated on my form that I preferred medium pressure and was surprised by how hard the pressure ended up being. I actually developed a giant purple bruise on the side of my glutes afterward, which was pretty unsettling especially since this was a prenatal massage. She was also very social and this was probably the first massage I've had where I chatted throughout almost the entire thing lol. Between the conversation and the much deeper pressure than I was expecting, I unfortunately didn't find the experience as relaxing as I had hoped. I think she could be a good fit for someone who enjoys very deep pressure and likes chatting during their massage, but it wasn't really the experience I was looking for.
