It's unlimited. I'm not proud of it but I went twice in one day, because a truck and a puddle gave me the reason. Don't forget members can pay a "tenner" and get an inside cleaning. Worth it if you're too busy or too lazy. (I'm both) Some of the locations do this thing with a radio station that plays the "Car Wash song" on repeat. Kind of the thing that might be a pre-cursor to madness...but the kids love it. Sometimes they request it, and I get an unplanned singalong car wash experience. Kind of fun. Live a little. They only stay young so long. Only regret I have isn't their fault...I wish it was like 30 minutes long. The oil change department prides themselves on being fast and NO APPOINTMENTS. They are so quick that when you pull your car in, you are probably there 15 minutes tops and the cost is second to none compared to other places! They take pride in their work and I can't imagine getting my car serviced by anyone else. Something I never liked doing was car washes. Just never got the point of them. But when you get your oil changed, you get a free car wash from them that comes with cleaning the inside of your car for you! So you drop off your car they clean the inside, they get it on the automatic car wash part and you can watch your car get cleaned. And they will then give you the keys when done. The workers are very kind and detailed oriented. Just such a great gem in Bellevue that I hope more people used!

You can also go there throughout the year, because you can close the front bay door so the wind and elements don't get in, and you can get the salt off your car in the winter or it also makes it easier even if it's just a really breezy day. They have a large number of places you can park after you get your car washed to dry it yourself, use the free vacuums, etc. The car wash location is always very well-maintained. I've never gone there and had something be broken or seen any trash laying around. It's really nice to go to a super clean facility.

They ended up saying that it was already damaged when I went in the wash. They sent me a screenshot of my car with a mark that does not match the damage made to my car. I asked for the video and of course they have not responded for days now. You can see in the images and the super imposed image that the damage doesn't match. Either they are photoshopping images or there was dirt on my car(imagine that, I was washing it). They are willing to risk loyal long term customers over $150 fix. Do not go here!
