I took my 2 rescues for the first time to Suds and they were incredible. Super friendly and informative. Clean and secure. Competitively priced. And the services offered were well rounded and comprehensive. My pups received the full grooming with summer cuts, nail trim, anal gland extraction, teeth brushing and baths. And they came out looking super comfortable and relaxed. I will be back because they don't use clippers on the nails but grinders, important cause my dog's quick is quite long and tricky. They do a great job at a reasonable price. As first time clients, you will need to provide rabies certificates. read more

We had such a great experience at Suds & Bubbles. The team was incredibly kind and patient with our babies. One of our dogs is a big, nervous girl and nail trims are usually stressful, but Suds was amazing. She took her time, stayed calm, and made the whole experience feel easy -- she's truly a dog whisperer. Both dogs did great, and the environment felt welcoming and positive. We're so grateful we found this place and will definitely be back. Highly recommend, especially for nervous or larger dogs. read more

I could cry!! This place was sooo wonderful! I have a rescue and was just so nervous about taking him somewhere that wouldn't treat him with patience and attention and care. This place went above and beyond they made sure to go slow and slowly introduce all the things. He got to play with other dogs too! Not to mention the lovely woman hugged me as i left my baby there cause she could tell i was nervous for him! Literally will be back all the time for all the things and will stay recommending this place to ANYONE I run into! Thank you for taking care of my baby and also me!! xoxo read more

One of my friends referred me to Suds, and I couldn't be happier. I reached out to Suds via text and she was super responsive. She was able to get me an appt quickly. I dropped off my girls Appa and Luna after not seeing a groomer for 2-3 months. They were way overdue. Appa was very matted and I thought she needed to be shaved, but Suds was able to keep her fur long! I also requested their hair be up in a ponytail and she delivered. The girls looked so happy and smell so nice. Bonus that the girls aren't crated and are able to socialize with the other dogs. Suds is super friendly, personable, and easy to get a hold of. Highly recommend! read more

We brought our dog Blu in for a much-needed haircut, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Their pricing is amazing - especially compared to some other quotes I got. Blu had quite a few mats that I just couldn't brush out, but the groomers took their time, were super gentle with her, and got rid of every single one. She came back soft as ever, completely mat-free, and smelling beautiful! Even our other dog, who's usually annoyed by her, can't stop following her around and sniffing her That says it all! You can tell Blu felt comfortable and happy there - she kept going back to the ladies who took care of her, which melted my heart. We'll definitely be back and plan to bring our other dog next time too. Highly recommend this place to anyone! They're so sweet with dogs, and you can truly tell they care and are passionate about what they do. read more

Immensely disappointed with my last experience. I made a grooming appointment for my dog, a few days ago. And when I dropped her off, Suds alleged that one employee called in sick in the AM, so the pickup time would be 6pm/6:30pm. Firstly, I was beyond reasonable & understood that the situation was beyond her control. However, why didn't she or one of her staffs just call me, so I didn't have to drop off my poor dog off at 1:30p then to be told that my dog won't be ready until 6:30p?!! Not one single person apologized to me when I showed up at 6pm & and was told that my dog won't be ready until 7pm!! Don't overbook & unjustly let your clients suffer. We made dinner plans with my elderly parents, and the inconsiderate action of the groomer directly impacted my home life. It would be different if the business sincerely apologized. And to make matters worse, I specifically told Suds to trim my dog's tail shorter than before. When I picked up my dog, her tail was NOT trimmed at all! I will seek my business somewhere else. read more

It is truly a rarity to encounter someone as passionate, honest, and warm, as Suds, the groomer. Her genuine care for her work and for these dogs she is evident. My baby boy loves this place and gets five-star treatment every time. He genuinely loves being there and her team truly cares about the animals and their appearance. Every dog I've seen leaving this place looks unique; they don't all receive the same cut. Suds, creates a kind and inviting atmosphere that makes me feel completely at ease leaving my puppy in her care. Her dedication and work ethic is remarkable. The quality of service is exceptional, with a great price point. I wholeheartedly recommend this grooming salon to other dog owners in search of reliable and compassionate services. read more

I don't know if I'm happier or my dog! Took my Golden Retriever, Harper, in for her first grooming since I adopted her a few months ago. I was nervous. From the moment we walked in she wagged her tail, they all greeted her, petted her and she didn't care if I was leaving. Love the fact she's not in a kennel while she waits her turn. She got to socialize with other dogs in the doggy waiting room. They did an amazing job on Harper. Highly recommend giving them a try. Thank you all, see you soon. read more

From the moment we walked in, I could tell our golden retriever was in amazing hands. The place is spotless, bright, and so welcoming. You can immediately feel how much the owner truly cares for every pup that comes through the door. She greeted us so kindly and took the time to get to know Charlie's needs right away, which instantly put me at ease. What I love most is that the dogs aren't placed in crates, it feels like a fun doggy daycare the moment you walk in! Charlie was wagging his tail from start to finish and genuinely had the best time. The owner gave us such great advice on how to better care for his coat (especially since his tail and back end get matted easily). She worked her magic and salvaged so much of his fur -- he came out looking amazing! She also went above and beyond when I called to ask if we could delay pickup because I got off work late. She was so understanding and accommodating without hesitation. That level of KINDNESS and PROFESSIONALISM is hard to find. After years of trying different groomers, I can confidently say she's hands down THE BEST IN ALL OF LAS VEGAS. Charlie came home happy, clean, and smelling fresh. We left feeling like part of the Suds N Bubbles family. This was our first visit, but it will definitely not be our last! read more

STOP Unfortunately I fell hook line and sinker in love with Suds when we first met. They did an amazing job with my golden and black lab. Unfortunately each trip after my initial visit we were surprised by an unexpected significant price increase. After the 3rd visit with yet another price increase we felt pretty manipulated. While I avoid confrontation. My husband tried To voice how disappointed and unethical changing prices with no warning or posting on any sort of price sheet or menu of services. Then Suds (the owner) proceeded To explain since we only take the dogs 2-3 times a year she needs to charge more. Baffled and deeply disappointed. I recently tried to get in again and was told no availability until May (it's the second week of March ) I asked what her prices were and she said they have higher rates and that my husband would not be happy to hear that. I explained again why we were so disappointed and that we had no warning of price increases and that it's just unethical to charge more with every visit especially because of the frequency we groom Our dogs. I don't even need to groom one of them. She goes to keep her sister company, Because she is so scared of the groomer. Anyway. I am very sad to say. She failed To even answer my text asking what the even higher rates were and took that as a clear message she would rather not have our business. From a 5 star review to less than 0 stars. Please Make sure you know the price and what you are getting yourselves into when dealing with Suds. On a much higher note We found a a much better groomer who took the girls in right away and charged nearly half of what Suds charged. Much better job and they were ready in an hour and a half! At Suds they would be there all day :( Teeth brushing included as well as a peanut butter bone at the end of their fantastic, calm experience. The establishment is pristine and was referred To me by a colleague at work. Some things are just meant to be. read more

I just LOVE SUDS!!! I've been taking my baby girl Keona to Suds for almost a decade. There is no one I trust with my fur baby other than her. She's serviced my girl since she was a 9 month old puppy. I love that dogs get to roam around like puppy daycare before and after they get serviced instead of being kenneled. My girl is always happy and pooped from playing when I pick her up. Staff is friendly and Suds personality is just so cheerful, positive, and calming that I believe dogs can sense that. She is an amazing groomer and person. I highly recommend her!! Thank you Suds! read more

MY HAPPY GIRL AFTER LEAVING THE BEST PLACE TO GET YOUR FAMILY PET GROOMED AND WELL TAKEN CARE OF, SUDS N BUBBLES. Just a little back story: My partner and I have been coming to Suds N Bubbles for three years now. We tend to go every three months or so, but every time we make an appointment, we NEVER have any issues with getting in. Suds always answers the phone and makes the appointment herself. She always says, " Yes, please bring in my LUNA" and it always excites us to know that the owner is very happy to see our little girl too. About three months ago, we took her to get groomed. Upon getting Luna back from Suds, Suds came out, as she always does, to give us recommendations or any concerns she may have. This time, it was concerns. She mentioned that we needed to take Luna to our vet as she was giving signs of UTI. Of course, me and my partner are not experts at such symptoms and we thought nothing of it before Suds told us to get Luna evaluated. Well, we took her to the VET the very next day and we were told that Luna had BLADDER STONES. She had them to the point where if Luna did not receive emergency surgery, her bladder would rupture at any moment which would cause serious problems to the point where Luna would pass away due to the rupture. We got her in for surgery and she recovered well. Our Vet told us if we waited longer, Lunas chances of survival would be very VERY low. With this being said, My partner and I would love to PERSONALLY THANK SUDS AND HER TEAM FOR LETTING US KNOW! If it wasn't for Suds expertise and attention to our pets well being, while in her case, Luna would have passed away and my partner and i would have experienced a HUGE loss in our family. Every pet owner, please know that your Pet is well taken care of here in this facility. I know because my pet was saved by Suds and her knowledge. Suds, you saved my pets life. For that, I thank you from the bottom of my heart! I will continue to bring my Luna to you for any pet grooming needs as I know that she is always taken care of when she is in your hands and I TRUST in you to give me great advice after the grooming, to take care of Luna and her grooming and HEALTH needs. Suds, I cannot thank you enough for saving my family such hardship. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!! read more

This was our second visit to Suds and Bubbles, and once again, they exceeded every expectation! From the moment we walked in, my pup felt completely at home. He was relaxed, happy, and clearly remembered how kind the staff was the first time. We honestly weren't sure how he was going to do this time, especially with shaving his face--but they handled it with such care and confidence. He came out looking like a perfect little poodle, and we absolutely love it! The cut suits him so well, and he looks adorable. The team here is just incredible. You can tell they truly love dogs. They treat each one like their own--with patience, gentleness, and so much heart. It's rare to find a groomer where both you and your dog feel this comfortable and cared for. If you're looking for a place where your dog will be loved, pampered, and come out looking fantastic, Suds and Bubbles is it. We're so grateful we found them. read more

I have a 12 year old Aussie who gets regularly groomed. We moved here to Summerlin a couple of months ago. Took my baby to suds n bubbles and it was the absolute best grooming she has ever had!!! I've given Suds $100 tip up front, twice, and another tip when picked up a service dog. I took my other dog to her, a Standard Poodle. The tail was cut into a cone shape, I don't know why. Asked for clean face, dog comes back furry-faced with whiskers. Asked for semi-poodle feet (not show style bare), dog comes back with thick hair between toes. Suds refused to groom inside ears. Sent dog back two days later to have the groom corrected and completed. Suds will no longer accept my Poodle for grooming because I complain too much. Yes, Poodles need grooming appropriate to a Poodle. I'll have to find a groomer who is capable of grooming a Poodle. read more

I was bringing my dogs here for about 7 months and every time I brought my dog in, I talked about how we were growing his tail out because the last groomer cut it lopsided. I showed the groomer and owner photos of what the tail looked like before and would remind them at drop off. I picked him up last week and the tail was completely shaved. I was in total shock. Apparently the normal groomer was out of town and the person at the front desk didn't make the note to not touch the tail when I dropped him off. However with such a fluffy tail I couldn't imagine shaving off the whole thing without checking with me. Unfortunately it will now take forever to grow back. I'm still very upset a week later. read more

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication from this business. Looks like they can't handle the pet volume so they are trying to cut off non-frequent clients by putting false allegations on them. They were good in the beginning, but lately it has been an downhill battle to get any sort of response. Texts and phone calls to get a grooming appointment are completely ignored, and when I did manage to get in touch, it was not only unhelpful but also rude. I was trying to get a response and They might call it that I was begging to get a spot It's clear that they don't value their customers' time or concerns. I honestly come in and ask them to just make sure my dog doesn't look homeless anymore, and they DELIVER. I give them artistic freedom to do what they want, and they never disappoint! It's $55 for EVERYTHING, and they'll even watch your dog for the day. I really like that they won't put your dog in a crate once they're done grooming them. The dogs just get to play and socialize. Suds has been grooming my dogs for over 15 years. I met her in the mid-2000s when she was working at Petsmart on West Charleston, and she took amazing care of my yellow Lab and my Beagle. I followed her when she went to a locally owned shop because I knew no one could give the same love and care to my fur babies. When I got a third dog in 2015 (a goofy and very large Coonhound mix), I continued to take all three of them to see Suds, and she cared for them like they were her own. Obviously, I followed her when she decided to open her own shop. Here, Suds has hired a phenomenal staff who all take great care of the dogs and groom them with love. On a very personal note, when my first two dogs (the yellow Lab and the Beagle Suds first started grooming 17 years ago) had to be put down three months apart from each other in 2022, I took each of them to see her before the in-home euthanasia vet came to my house. Suds gave each of them hugs and kisses because she absolutely loved them, and she was as heartbroken as I was to say goodbye to them. The dogs I have now, (a rescue Beagle and the 9 year-old Coonhound) are lucky to know Suds. They love going to be groomed, enjoy interacting with other dogs, and always come home looking beautiful!
