Nice, clean, large washers and driers.
Samantha B.

At $5.25 - $6.00 a load, this place can run you up $30 easy on washing and drying your laundry. HOWEVER, the cost doesn't matter when your clothes are clean in UNDER AN HOUR!!! Their machines are efficient, clean, not-smelly, and the staff here is always working hard to keep their facilities at their cleanest. I'm pleased and will be returning here until I can buy my own washer and drier.

Clean, machines take credit cards, change dispenser available, televisions monitors are current, ATM available, and staff on duty. Best spot in town so far!

Very clean facility.

Pretty good laundromat. A bit expensive, our clothes are always cleaned. New facility so the washers and dryer are are top notch. Prices can vary by wash cycle, but for a small dry it is 2.75 and the largest is 8.75. To dry it is 2.25 for 30 minutes and for the last two visits that is all the time we needed. Will be coming back for sure.

The Hinesville location is clean and the attendant is very helpful. I was there to wash some bedding and she gave me great advice.

You can't please everyone but if you can please 9 out of 10 you are doing great. First and foremost…read morethe owner is the shop and she is in her shop almost everyday even staying late sometimes, after the store closes, to finish work for people. worried about the price? well who goes to get something done without asking the price first. Anyways. So I was in a pickle and had to get 5 USAF BHG uniforms done for a parade within like 3 days. These uniforms used to take the alterations shop on base about 2 weeks to do from scratch. I sent the specs over to Chrissy along with one of my older uniforms and with a few looks she had it. she knocked out five fully dressed USAF BHG uniforms from nothing to something in 3 days. that include hems, tapers, sew in creases, piping , ranks, waists. no easy task when you virtually have to take the pants apart to do it and then sew them back together again. the prices are more than fair especially if you look at the alternatives on base. she is a master of the trade. Need custom pillows made?she can do it ( I walked in and saw her doing it), need drapes? she can handle that too? need a dress done? bring it in. BY THE WAY-- Name tapes can be done here! why pay the Exchange and have to wait weeks when she can have them done for less and in no time flat. Name tape machine on site! To be a one person shop and provide the service that she does and in the timely manner that she does it makes this shop pretty dang good!

THEIR "REPAIR" RUINED MY SOFA UPHOLSTERY! DON'T GO HERE!…read more The upholstery on my sofa detaches and is machine washable. I tore it while putting it back on. I asked them sew a similar fabric on the UNDERSIDE to reinforce it and keep it from ripping more. Didn't need to be perfect, I knew the tear itself could not be sewn together but patching and stitching the underside could mitigate the damage. I came to pick it up and BOTH SIDES were covered in a fabric patch that's not even a close match! I was told that there wasn't a way to reinforce it from the underside so they just did both. Even if that were true (it's not), why did no one call me FIRST and tell me the work I requested and paid for wasn't possible? This is a very basic ask of a professional tailor, it's unbelievable they got it so wrong! This patch is so much worse than the original tear. The sofa was custom made in Japan and is a one of a kind piece. Pics of the tear and what they did to it. The pics of the denim repair is an example of what I asked them to do.

Provided my own patches and still got charged like they embroidered them. $180 to get 4 nametapes,…read more4 Army tapes and 4 rank sewn on. Most expensive sew shop anywhere. Stay away!

Overpriced and very rude…read more The place seemed professional at first, but my experience was not good. I called ahead and misunderstood the price. I thought it would be about $40 to clean two suits, which sounded reasonable. When I arrived and dropped them off, the total came out to $80 for two standard two piece suits. I told the employee that seemed high. She said she would give me a $10 discount per suit, but the total still came out to $70. I stepped outside for about three minutes and called another dry cleaner down the street to check their price. They quoted me $12 per suit. Because of that, I went back inside with my ticket and said I would just take my suits somewhere else. At that point the employee became very rude. She asked where I was taking them. When I told her I had called another place, she said "Fabricare" and started saying they ruin suits and that many of their customers come from there after their clothes get damaged. The tone was very disrespectful. They also charged me a $10 fee even though the suits had only been there a few minutes. I understand that businesses sometimes have a fee policy, but the way the situation was handled felt unnecessarily hostile. I also noticed prices for other customers that were extremely high. Some army dress uniforms were being charged in the hundreds of dollars. For comparison, I ended up taking my suits to Fabric Care and they did a great job for $12 per suit. Based on the pricing and the way I was treated, I would not return.
