Everyone I encountered was professional, kind and considerate of someone that knows very little about cars! They also helped arrange for the rental car I needed while mine was being worked on. A couple months later I had an alert come on the dash. I looked it up and was told at a previous auto repair shop that it could be something related to the body work I had done being put back in place. Knowing nothing of this sort of thing, I called and was told to bring the car in. They looked at the situation and it was NOTHING related to their repair and what was presented as a possibility. They clearly explained the issue and I learned how to better use my car! I appreciate the time they took as the issue had nothing to do with auto body. I hope to not need auto body repair in the future. If I do, The Auto Body Shop is where I will return!

I called on 07/18 to book an appointment for window tinting on 09/24,. The booking process was…read moresuper easy, I put down what I thought was a $100 down payment towards the work to secure my appointment however it wasn't until I needed to cancel my appointment which was still over a month away that I was informed that the $100 charge was non-refundable. When I explained to Hailey that I was not informed this at the time of booking she informed me, "I see you accepted the calendar invite which clearly states this" Keep in mind the calendar invite was sent AFTER I was charged. So nice of them to inform me after they charge me that the fee is non-refundable. When I explained this to her she told me that when she was hired that her boss made it clear that booking fees are so they do not lose money, I could easily understand this if I was cancelling without enough notice for them to schedule another appointment or if this was made clear before they decided to charge me. Needless to say I am out $100, so be advised when booking anything here.

I brought my car here to have a minor crack fixed in my 2024 BMW. It wasn't the autobody facility…read morethat my dealer recommended but those jerks wouldn't even return my calls. At first I was concerned about the process at Car Craft. They wanted to have me drop my car off with just the insurance companies estimate. They told me they would start then, order the parts and fix it. I didn't plan on getting a rental but couldn't be without my car for very long. After looking at it they estimated they would have my car back to me in 10 days. So basically 8 business days. (To be honest i wasn't happy but what could i do?) They actually texted me the entire time with updates. On the following Monday (so 4business days in) that my car was over halfway finished but they still estimated a pickup date of Friday. Then on Tuesday i got a message that the car was almost completely finished and that i could possibly pick it up on Wed. When Tuesday rolled around they called about 2:30 to say it was ready! I was ecstatic!!! (It was only 5 business days!) Unfortunately for me i was stuck at way later than they were open so i went to grab it the next morning. Now i keep my car pretty clean but when they pulled it around to the front door for me(such a nice touch) It looked so fabulous! The bumper was back to looking brand new! I took it home and looked at it very closely in the sunlight. Now I know(my Was-bend is a car painter by trade) that metallic paint is extremely hard to match and expensive to paint because you have to paint it in 3 stages. And when you are trying to blend the metallic it is very difficult to make it look right. Anyway you can NOT tell that anything has been repaired or replaced. And I'm pretty sure they detailed the interior AND the exterior of the car! There were a few minor scuffs that have disappeared , as well! I've never had that experience before at an autobody place! I'm a chick and they never made me feel uncomfortable or dumb and that's not been common for me. Also everyone was SO nice! You can tell they all love working there! They all were full of smiles! Wow what an amazing experience! Also my insurance adjuster said that they are considered a preferred provider for them and that they have been working together for years and they guarantee their work for the entire time you own the vehicle! And all i did was make the appointment and drop it off. I didn't have to contact my insurance or bring them a check. Everything was handled. I just paid my deductible when i picked up my ride. So if you are looking for a place to get your vehicle repaired CALL THEM!

I had an accident that damaged the front driver's side bumper and the electronics/camera. I chose…read moreCar Craft because I had used them before and was happy with them. This time they fixed the body but as soon as I got into the car I noticed the warning lights were still on and a portion of the safety features were offline. I immediately returned to the shop and asked the service tech about it. She said they don't do the electronics part and I'd need to go back to the Mazda dealership to have them do it. Over the next 4 months my car was in the Mazda shop on and off for over 30 days with no results. They didn't know how to fix it so my insurance agent sent me back to Car Craft to get the safety features back online. My car wasn't there but an hour and magically it was repaired and back to normal. I was without my car for weeks and driving without safety features and they somehow fixed it when they originally said they couldn't. The final insult was that they didn't attach the bumper panels properly so they still pop out. I am very disappointed since they had previously been stellar. The tech either didn't know the process to fix the issue or just wanted me to go away. And the bumper popping out is just sloppy work. Really a shame.
