I had just put a handful of change in the holder to get it out of the way so they could vacuum the cup holders. Nope, all coins stolen. I called the manager and he stated the coins must have accidentally been sucked up in the vacuum, which could have only happened if the little drawer was pulled open and the hose stuck into it. They also forgot to clean the headlights. Like I said, they did a great job cleaning and waxing, but stealing change? That is not acceptable and I will advise people not to go there.

But the real issue is they lost an OEM felt pad that was in my center console. I didn't pay $175 for them to lose bits of my car. When I went in to ask, they just shrugged and said "we don't know." No offer to look around for me, didn't even get out of her seat. Nothing. A.k.a. "We don't care." Disappointing. I'll be going elsewhere in the future. I didn't see the usual guys in there this time. Just some teenagers and younger people. Maybe the quality has gone down.

The booking process was…read moresuper easy, I put down what I thought was a $100 down payment towards the work to secure my appointment however it wasn't until I needed to cancel my appointment which was still over a month away that I was informed that the $100 charge was non-refundable. When I explained to Hailey that I was not informed this at the time of booking she informed me, "I see you accepted the calendar invite which clearly states this" Keep in mind the calendar invite was sent AFTER I was charged. So nice of them to inform me after they charge me that the fee is non-refundable. When I explained this to her she told me that when she was hired that her boss made it clear that booking fees are so they do not lose money, I could easily understand this if I was cancelling without enough notice for them to schedule another appointment or if this was made clear before they decided to charge me. Needless to say I am out $100, so be advised when booking anything here.

They are passionate about every detail. I apologized when they arrived because our cars were dirty .. we have pets and have neglected our cars. They just smiled - they knew it didn't make any difference - they weren't going to leave until our cars looked new. And look new they did! Every crevice is clean and the cloth seats are immaculate again! Not only is it great to have our cars shiny and bright - it's great to see people enjoy doing their craft so well. I questioned about the rush. Found out, they didn't even vacuum the trunk. Also had a spit on my windshield that's still there. No freshener was applied. Carpet was supposed to be shampooed, but was not even damp. I stopped by the Maryland heights location to co n plain. It's not that I wanted a redo of the service, but complete what they didn't do. Instead of taking care of me right there, they wanted me to come back next week. Not sure why they just couldnt pull someone to take of my problems. I guess your not paying full price, with a groupon, you get half ass service.​​​
