I couldn't see exactly what, but there was a bucket over there was something sticking out of it. I held up my hand to tell the guy no I wasn't driving forward and pointing to the obstacle on the right side. He absolutely would not pay any attention to what I was telling him and just kept motioning me forward. I hollered out the window what's wrong with you that thing is hitting my car. I finished the car wash and asked for the manager and got some assistant manager who looked at the video and said it was a Room handle and it only hit my mirror. I do have a scratch on the side of my car on the passenger door but I don't know if it was there beforehand or not. At any rate if somebody tells you there's something hitting their car you need to get off your butt and go move it before it does damage. I'll go somewhere else next time for my car wash. The assistant manager didn't seem to be concerned other than he would talk to him. I said you better talk to him because next time I'm gonna get out and talk to him and he ain't gonna be happy at that point! I just got out and checked the front end of my car at the grocery store and it is scraped up in the right front quarter panel. I missed that on the first passing. He tried to tell me it hit my mirror. That's what I heard scraping my damn car when the asshole kept trying to make me come forward when I kept motioning to him to move the bucket and the broom out of the way. They need to pay to have my damn car painted they have ruined the right quarter panel of my car! There is a 6 to 12 inch gash down the side of it!!! Took the damn paint off!

Also none of the employees seem to like their job. They don't try, they don't smile, they give little to no directions. Also literally none of the vacuums work. I pulled up to one, it didn't work and so I went down the line. None of them have any pressure at all to pick up trash or any debris at all. If you want a GOOD car wash and are willing to go a little further, Suds bucket in gray is literally the best I've ever been too. If you aren't willing to drive, there is one my Kroger that is awesome too!

I had been watching this place go up over the last few months, stopped in today to check it out…read more The manager/designer Hal Hoffman, saw me checking out the pricing menu and came over to see if I needed some help. I told him I had 35 years of industrial automation engineering experience and could see this place is not your ordinary carwash, so he gave me the backstage tour. I will have to say I am totally impressed, this place is light years ahead of the competition when it comes to efficiency and design, there are no brushes are running 100 miles an hour beating on your your car, but new style soft neoprene rubber wipers, like used in wet suits,  gently rotating around the entire vehicle, double-crossing over the back and front. I watched several cars and truck go through and get pampered while coming out sparkling clean. I have used the other guys, and over the last 9 months I have had a mirror, a windshield wiper and a mud flap ripped off my truck. I can see that won't happen here. He has even custom designed the wheel cleaners to be able to handle the larger truck tires you typically find around here. You can see his passion and pride of a job well done, in his design. They use 1/10th the water of other carwashes, all reclaimed, filtered and efficiently recycled. Hal showed me their patented state-of-the-art energy monitoring and optimization system. Believe me, when I say, no expense was spared to make this place top-notch. Before going there, I had asked the guy down the street about the place when I was getting my oil changed, another customer spoke up and said "they are expensive", true they charge $2 more than the cookie-cutter franchise guy down the street, but a filet at Ruth's Chris steakhouse costs more that one at Applebee's but everyone understands why. Needless to say, I'm sold, I will be swapping over my monthly wash membership to these guys, even if it does cost me a few bucks extra.

"Ben does good work over there" - - high praise from a man of few words :) I have to tell you Ben and his crew did not disappoint!! They really did bring my 2017 black on black Equinox back to her original glory! The Equinox has sat outside for the past 8 years so exterior was very faded. Having two cats at home + a teenager = the inside had seen better days. This did not stop Ben! He had it back to me in 24 hours and I swear somehow she just drives better! :) For a fair price too! Thank you Ben, we will definitely be back. Especially now that I see in other reviews you do tinting! See ya next time Ben!

I didn't have much hope for it but would have been pleased to have it cleaned and shiny. I had read Ben's reviews and had actually used their services years back just for a three year old car. Was pleased then so I remembered the job they had done. For the old truck I asked for a really good wash and shine and hoped they could make the very stained carpet look a little better. When I went to pick it up I was absolutely blown away. I thought it would have been impossible to see it so amazingly different. Not only was the exterior bright and shiny like a new penny but the interior was unbelievable. NO CARPET STAINS front and back of the inside. Even the tires looked AMAZING. I wish I could show before and after shots . You would not believe it. If you need an EXPERT detailing you must take it to BEN'S in Snellville. It is a little out of the way place and don't expect a bright shiny business facade, BUT the job they do is UNSURPASSED.

Wash your car and clean it too!…read more I currently have a monthly subscription with this establishment and am not sure what I would do without it. Not only are they a car wash but they also supply free vacuuming, towels, and cleaners! Cleaners include an all purpose solution and window cleaning solution. Towels are currently moist and not dry like they used to be. Being so sometimes they smell of mildew and that's off putting. Andd that's if they have towels for you to use. Lately though they've been blocking off a lot of vacuuming stalls so it's been a hit or miss if you can use the amenities. So unless you add the dry and shine option to your car wash you may be leaving with water spots left on your car..

In Chicago, we would clean our cars to a showroom mirror finish and drive to hangouts like the beachfront or cruise downtown hot spots like Rush Street. Most every car I've owned has been dark in color... which also shines the best at night! While those days are long behind me, I still love a clean ride! But I've grown a lot less persnickety as I've aged and honestly, my vehicle is lucky to get washed once a month! I have a large truck, and it can be a beast to clean, thus my lack of enthusiasm to clean it! But today my wife introduced me to W4 Express Car Wash! We pulled in and she told me she'd purchased a membership that allows her to come unlimited times a month to get her car cleaned. I WAS ALMOST INSULTED at first since I tend to clean her car more than my own, but also grateful. In my teens and 20's I didn't mind spending several hours washing, vacuuming, Windex'ing, Armor All'ing, shampooing and polishing my car. Nowadays, with life as busy as it has been as of late, even an hour to clean BOTH our cars seems like a real chore! Which is why I am so surprised this place brought the thrill back to washing a car! *** FIRST OFF, other than your monthly membership, most everything is free. THEY provide the drying towels, window cleaner, all purpose cleaner, forced air sprayers to blow out hard to reach places and the strongest sucking vacuums I've ever experienced anywhere. These things could suck the skin off a snake, seriously. Also, I am generally never happy with the tire cleaning ability of automatic washes, but my tires and rims were close to perfect after a run through the wash. More than anything else, THAT surprised me. There are plenty of bays to self vacuum and for now the facility is top end on its functionality. Everything is new so everything works and works VERY WELL!!! Best of all, it's very reasonable. At $30 a month, that averages out to less than $7/week. *** FINAL THOUGHTS Over time, my love for this facility may change. But for now, they have brought the joy back to washing a car. They even have a pull-off area for trucks to clean out their beds before entering the wash zone. Oh, and if you do decide to get a membership, cameras read your license plate and the gate automatically opens without you having to do anything! Not only have they cut down my time and energy to wash my truck & wife's minivan, they also add greatly to my convenience by providing the glass cleaners, towels and free powerful vacuums. Not to mention I can come as many times in a month as I wish! I'm so very impressed... and I'm not the type to be impressed easily. 2020 / 92
