And for those who like details, hope this is helpful: I have been a returning customer since 2011, because I absolutely love and swear by this place! Finally writing a review because after 4 years of nothing but positive experiences, they've more than earned it. The other reason I felt compelled to review is: while getting my routine oil change at the "Quik N Easy" garage today, I learned that ownership recently 'cleaned house,' according to new management. I was definitely surprised at first, but ultimately very IMPRESSED with the results of their 'clean-up'. In addition to all-new management and employees, they're now sporting: 1. 'updated customer service'--employees now use iPads to scan the VIN # when checking customers in, etc. 2. expanded and upgraded service offers--like, for example, high mileage oil change options ranging from 5, 10, & 15K miles 3. WIDE variety of new discounts--(well, I think they're ALL new because I don't remember them offering ANY discounts before...) but now, customers who work in healthcare, military, public safety, education, etc. can claim a certain % discount offered per their occupation (these are just the few I can remember him saying this afternoon) 4. as well as new mail-in-rebates that accompany purchases of a considerable majority of their products and services. I've always really liked this place, and for the past 4 years (which have included 3 separate vehicles, foreign/domestic, SUV/coupe) I have come here, and only here, for every single oil change, carwash, AC filter replacement, and a bunch of other random and/or general maintenance. Management switch is new and still fresh, but they seem promising enough for me to confidently say that I'll continue to bring all of my vehicle maintenance/service business exclusively to them. I highly recommend this business to you, yes you: the reader, fellow informed consumer, and fellow 'Yelper.' Even though you are just as much of a stranger to me as I am to you, trust me on this; I would NOT have put this amount of time into a drive-in garage/drive-thru carwash review if the praise was not 100% EARNED. But, I am still a stranger, and there is absolutely no guarantee that my experiences are indicative as to how yours may ultimately be...but there's only one way for you to find out! Additionally, even though I'm only just now writing a review with high reccomendation to the Yelp community after 4 years of patronage, this is certainly not the first time I've shared my satisfaction. I've been reccomending this business to my family and friends ever since my very first experience here. Most of the people I've suggested this business to have become regular customers and won't take their cars anywhere else now. So give this place a shot, they're definitely worth your time and your business.

I don't have a garage so I regularly have tar on top of my car. Last time I came by, after my first wash, I was scrubbing the top of my car with my own product to try and get the tar off. Dylan, one of the employees here, came over and offered to send me through again for free and use a tar remover with their brushes to pre-wash my car. After that, it was perfectly clean! The same day, I'm the vending machine ate my quarters (RIP) there was nothing they could do and I was a bit annoyed. The employee that was helping me came back out with a free car wash voucher saying "he didn't want me to leave empty handed." So thoughtful and a great recovery. While visiting today, another employee - Nick - came by and wiped off the back of my car and my license after my wash. Such sweet service. I'm now a dedicated client!

The $25 option was supposed to be the best one with all of the bells and whistles, and it was the one I selected. You pull up to a kiosk where you can see the options, make your selection, and then pay by credit card. You then wait until your jersey barrier (1 of 3) lifts and lets you know it is your turn to go through the wash. I was unfamiliar with their system, so I was happy to see an attendant who walked over to talk me through the process. He was super friendly and helpful. When you approach the entrance of the wash, there are employees who are actively scrubbing the splattered bugs off the front of your vehicle. They also direct your vehicle into the the guide track where you place it in Neutral for the rest of the ride through the wash. The entrance looks like something out of an amusement park. If I had kids, I would probably take them here while running errands for some quick entertainment. Once through the auto wash, there is a traffic signal that will flash green indicating it is safe to put your car in drive and put your foot on the gas pedal. Be sure to swing around and park in one of the many aisles where you can grab fresh towels and dry off your vehicle, or grab a hose to vaccum the inside. Unfortnuately you have to do it yourself, but at least they provide to tools. In these Covid times, I really appreciate the automatic car wash option. However, I didn't think it was a good value for the money. It was a rather expensive auto wash, and I was still left with plenty of splattered bugs on my windshield and car. I think I would be more likely to choose the least expensive wash the next time.

Cleaned my tires beautifully and got every inch of the outside in a way that machines usually don't do. They vacuumed the inside completely and wiped everything down. There were two different times it put soap on and used regular and hot water to wash off. The dryer was great, very minimal drying off with a towel on my part. Then i used the free vacuums (which they had a wider option and a detail option). They also had towels and cleaning spray (which i've never seen at a car wash before). Overall a really good car wash!
