I went in this past Sunday for a Super Interior Detailing (the $49 one). I was super excited because my car needed a deep cleaning and the price was right. This detail was suppose to include a deep cleaning of all plastics in the car. My car went through the wash and the detailers (2 high school aged looking boys) only took about 10 minutes on my car, so I already knew something was up. I go out to my car and am so disappointed! It genuinely looked like the only thing that was done was they wiped down my windshield and the main plastics near the radio. I am SO disappointed. Spoke with the manager the day before about having my car detailed and wash and wax . Was told it would be $90.00 and the price changed to $100.00 which wouldn't of been bad wash and wax missed some spots but the young man recleaned the spots for me . When I made it home I was checking out the inside and noticed alot is spots that should have been cleaned. So instead of driving all the way back to the other side of town. I ended going to auto zone myself and picking up leather cleaners and a mr.clean pad.and had to go back over my car the back to my Escape hadn't been wiped down still had spots in the seats , center console, doors, and above the seat belt on the plastic. The cover of one of my side mirrors was fell off and broke in half in the car wash. The manager on duty took my number and said he would look into ordering a replacement. I never heard back from him, so I started calling once a week to see if the part had arrived. He appeared to keep forgetting who I was and losing my number. A month later, he said his boss (owner of the car wash) had been made aware of the situation was going to take care of it. I got the owner on the phone, and he said he didn't know anything about the situation, and that if the cover of my mirror broke off, it was because something was wrong with it to begin with and it wasn't his car wash's responsibility. I told him I was frustrated because If that's your policy, why did your on-site manager spend a month telling me he was ordering a new part and it would be arriving in the mail any day now? He said he'd call me back after following up with his manager, but he has not. read more

I've been a monthly paying member for 3 years now , I wash my car at least twice a month and have never had any issues. Today was the first time that a minor issue occurred during my wash. At first I wasn't even going mention it, but TJ was walking around to make sure all the towels and cleaning supplies were full. I mentioned the issue and he was totally understanding. He sent me to Justin in the oil change bay and he went above and behind to fix the issue. Not only was the problem resolved he fixed another issue totally unrelated. In addition, I also bring in an oversized vehicle which is too big for the drive through wash sometimes. They do an excellent job with hand wash and detail as well. Went in for oil change Friday 8/14/20 tech completed in 15 minutes. Once i arrived back to home noticed oil leaking from under car. It continued to leak through out day. Went back Saturday morning to have them look at it. The tech went under car and stated he could see were it was leaking from drain plug and tried to tighten forcefully enough to shake car 3 times and stated that's all he knew to do and to come back Monday if it did it again. Once i arrived back to home and checked 10 minutes later it was still leaking and he did not place the oil cap back on the top of the engine so i drove home without an oil cap on the top and a cross threaded drain plug underneath. Went back Monday and 3rd tech stated it was real tight and there was nothing he could do and did not see oil. I asked him to undo drain plug and thread it back in properly and refill oil. He stated he could do that he tried to undo but must have noticed it was stripped and came back up to say there was nothing he could do. Then I left and drove 3 miles down road to University Tire who could barely get the drain plug to come out due to crossed threaded and the overly tightened. I had to pay them $752 for new oil pan installation so they could just added oil back to the car. Then after multiple attempts with this Valvoline location they refuse to pay for repair due to their techs damaging the oil drain plug and hole to oil pan. Currently having to have consumer lawyer file suit on this privately owned center as well as Valvoline Inc. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO HAVE ANY AUTO WORK COMPLETED HERE. OR KNOW IT'S AT YOU OWN RISK. THEY BASICALLY HAVE CAR WASHERS CHANGING OIL IN THERE. I used to go here regularly for oil changes and car washes. It used to be good but has gone down hill. Oil changes are 70 dollars where other places charge 50. Took an hour and a half for an oil change and left my air intake plug unplugged. Engine was overheating and they didn't spot that I had transmission coolant celluloid in their "18 point check," wound up getting a new car after they charged me 100 for something that didn't fix the problem. They wanted to "start small and work from there," meaning they wanted to milk me for every dollar I have. Would not recommend. read more

Horrible. Clearly business hours are until 7:00 pm. They closed shop prior to me arriving at 6:20 pm. Called. No answer. Just an answering machine. Had a car lot full of parked cars which were clearly employees sitting on the clock closed up and not working. Not returning phone calls. Not answering the phone. I sat there for 10 mins. No one came to help me. The pulled the vertical blinds so they didn't have to see me all the while the cars of the employees which I counted were 7 parked outside and not being detailed left me with questions unanswered and no one bothered to help or inquire on me sitting out in my car and even blew the horn to let them know I was outside. I wouldn't recommend this business if this is how they treat their customers. The time was 6:20 pm on June 7, 2020. Always extremely nice and helpful staff. The car wash does a great job. After the car wash they have free vacuums and different cleaners for your car with some dry towels to wipe it all down. Hello! First time I've ever written a negative review, unfortunately. On the plus, I've been here previously and it was fine. Today, however, they were severely understaffed. I paid with my credit card for an interior detail ($49) and added a wash for $10, making the total $59. I went through the wash and waited for someone to take care of my detail. After 15 minutes someone helped me (and I get it, they were understaffed and their mechanics from next door tried to help). One mechanic asked for my receipt, which I never got back, while another told me they were too understaffed and aren't doing interiors today. Ok- no problem. I was waiting for my refund, and I was given only $10 in cash, rather than a merchant credit on my credit card account. I also didn't get a refund for the interior, and instead got a refund for the wash only- the service I received. Honestly, probably the worst customer service I've had. Ever. I wouldn't bother coming here, unless you want to just hand them free money. read more
