When I pulled in the person didn't spray my wheel wells at all, just the driver door and the wash didn't even wet them. When I pulled around and told the guy I bought the wash from he said "they are dirtier than we normally see but let me take care of it myself." I pulled in and he sprayed my driver side wheel wells only. When I got done with the second wash, the passenger side wheel wells were still completely dry and dirty. I asked him if he forgot to spray that side and he said they weren't allowed to go to the passenger side of cars at all. I asked him why he hadn't told me that either time I talked to him and he claimed he had the first time but not the second. I think he thought he said it but didn't as he seemed like a nice kid that just made a mistake but I left with two dirty, dry wheel wells after paying $18.

Upon exiting I was missing several parts to my vehicle. One of the young workers had a huge box full of random vehicle pieces from several vehicles. I was unable to find any of my missing pieces in the box, because the pieces to my vehicle was still on the ground as several vehicle filtered through the car wash not knowing what damage to their vehicle was ahead. I was instructed to return the next day, after clean-up crew had gathered the daily missing vehicle parts. I returned the next day, after searching through the box of missing vehicle parts. I was unable to locate or identify any of the many parts located in the box. At this point, the young serviceman took photos of my vehicle to submit to their damage claim department. It has been three(3) months, still absolutely no response from PureMagic damage claims department, at this point I call the damage claim department to followup. I was told currently no decision had been made on my damage claim to PureMagic. I would 've rather driven around with a dirty vehicle than a vehicle missing parts due to a "basic" carwash. The…read morephone number for the car wash is disconnected, and you can get hold of the owner's of the car wash.. so if you want to wash your car, you have to do it by hand and the prices are really high. If you hand wash your car you minute and 45 seconds. If you need more time you have to keep adding quarters for a extra 15 seconds... Go to a different car wash
