She informed them that they have never said anything before and they demanded that it be removed and would not even try to assist. Being a paying customer and and being treated poorly because they have no leadership and apparently are not trained well. No customer service. I called the car wash and no one picked up the phone. I guess understaffed with no customer service. I called a customer care and reported the issue. She didn't say I'm sorry or have any concern that she cared or the company. The call I made was delt with as if I was the problem. It was very rude. I guess customers don't care if they lose a customer. She did the cancelation and asked if there was anything else. Again, no apology, no concern, and was not nice. Then hung up before i ended the call. Your guys have the rude part down. I know We don't make a difference but, Really????? Guess they make so much money that they can act that way. Don't use them!!! They don't care about anyone!!!! I hope this anyone deciding to use your service to find another company.

I pulled in and he sprayed my driver side wheel wells only. When I got done with the second wash, the passenger side wheel wells were still completely dry and dirty. I asked him if he forgot to spray that side and he said they weren't allowed to go to the passenger side of cars at all. I asked him why he hadn't told me that either time I talked to him and he claimed he had the first time but not the second. I think he thought he said it but didn't as he seemed like a nice kid that just made a mistake but I left with two dirty, dry wheel wells after paying $18.

Please stay away from PureMagic!!!!!!…read more I was interested in a basic carwash, was directed through PureMagic's automated car wash system. Upon exiting I was missing several parts to my vehicle. One of the young workers had a huge box full of random vehicle pieces from several vehicles. I was unable to find any of my missing pieces in the box, because the pieces to my vehicle was still on the ground as several vehicle filtered through the car wash not knowing what damage to their vehicle was ahead. I was instructed to return the next day, after clean-up crew had gathered the daily missing vehicle parts. I returned the next day, after searching through the box of missing vehicle parts. I was unable to locate or identify any of the many parts located in the box. At this point, the young serviceman took photos of my vehicle to submit to their damage claim department. It has been three(3) months, still absolutely no response from PureMagic damage claims department, at this point I call the damage claim department to followup. I was told currently no decision had been made on my damage claim to PureMagic. I would 've rather driven around with a dirty vehicle than a vehicle missing parts due to a "basic" carwash. PureMagic NEVER again!!!!!! What a RIPOFF, I literally paid to have pieces of my vehicle ripped-off!!!!! THE MAGIC IS YOU WILL EXIT MISSING VEHICLE PARTS!!!!!
