To add, the foam brush doesn't work and it doesn't give you the option to put extra quarters for extra time -you have to start over after time runs out. Lastly, I want my $5 back that the change dispenser STOLE. I bet the ROI on this change dispenser is phenomenal though... one steals your money and one gives you the change. It's a 50/50 chance.

I got an email my card had been declined so I went to their website and updated my card information. the next day I got another email saying my card was declined. I just assumed it was an error. A day or two later I went through the car wash and my entry was declined. I told them I corrected the error on their website and my new card should have updated my account. The agent said the website wasn't working and it wasn't allowing corrections to be made and the agent told me I'd have to resign up to get a new account and was going to be charged to do so. I argued it was their fault and I should not be charged to update but he said there was nothing he could do so I cancelled them and went to the Carwash down the road a bit and signed up with them and actually gat a better wash than Speedwash. CustOmer service at Speedwash is terrible.
