The next morning I called them right after they opened and explained what had happened and that we were trying to be in Cincinnati for a graduation that day. He asked what time we needed to be there and he said he would see what he could do. They found the parts, got them installed and had us done by 11:15am. We made it to the graduation and sat down with 1 minute to spare. As much as the invoice stung when I looked at the price break down the invoice was fair. I don't feel they took advantage of us or charge any rush fee. If I lived there I would use them for all my repairs. If you are stuck on the 75 north near mile marker 26 use these guys.
