That was no problem to me. However, the inside windows had smudges on them so it appears they were not cleaned at all. Even tho there was communication they would be cleaned. As well as there were things still under the front two seats, smudges on inside of the back door, a shoe print on one of the backside of the front seat, as well as more dirt smudges on the other one.

My wife went to take 5 car wash in London, Ky. We have a bike rack on the back of our vehicle. We…read morehave been through this car wash many times and they have never asked it to be removed. She informed them that they have never said anything before and they demanded that it be removed and would not even try to assist. Being a paying customer and and being treated poorly because they have no leadership and apparently are not trained well. No customer service. I called the car wash and no one picked up the phone. I guess understaffed with no customer service. I called a customer care and reported the issue. She didn't say I'm sorry or have any concern that she cared or the company. The call I made was delt with as if I was the problem. It was very rude. I guess customers don't care if they lose a customer. She did the cancelation and asked if there was anything else. Again, no apology, no concern, and was not nice. Then hung up before i ended the call. Your guys have the rude part down. I know We don't make a difference but, Really????? Guess they make so much money that they can act that way. Don't use them!!! They don't care about anyone!!!! I hope this anyone deciding to use your service to find another company.
