There were two employees standing in the main area that did not say anything to us about closing. They just turned the lights off. The woman's restroom only had one stall available for use so my daughter and I had to take turns. My husband and son finished and went into Jimmy Johns to eat. While I was in the hall waiting for my daughter to finish a third man appeared at the counter and yelled across the store that they were closed. I said yes, I understand we are almost finished. I decided to wait and use the restroom elsewhere but my daughter was washing her hands so I changed my mind thinking I would finish by the time she was done and we could leave together. As I was pulling up my pants the third man opened the WOMENS bathroom door completely and proceeded to yell at us that they were closed. I was livid. I proceeded to inform him that I was going to call the police because a man should never under any circumstances enter a women's restroom while it was being used. He yelled the same words over and over again so I have to assume his English was limited as well as the proper way to treat women and customers. So I would advise anyone to not use this establishment for anything but especially the women's restroom. unless you want a man barging in on you. If he is not the owner and the actual owner reads this I would suggest you correct this behavior immediately lest you have a lawsuit on your hands. I was very close to calling the police. I told her my…read moremajor issue with my husband spilling a protein shake on my back seats and that I had other stains as well. She put that in the notes so that it could pre-treated before-hand. We set up a specific date and when I talked to my husband about it, he wanted to see if the dates could be switched because of military requirements. They switched it and accommodated us very nicely. Our SUV seats were shampooed excellent!! I have a dog who sheds a lot. I had done a bit of pre-cleaning before I brought the car in....and I had done such a good job with that that they were able to waive the dog hair fee. Vicky was kind and really worked with my husband and I. I loved that they didn't push to have the outside of my car detailed too. If I need to have anything else done with my SUV, I will definitely be back here. Excellent work and excellent service!
